1 锅炉机组设备技术规范及启停 1.1 锅炉总体特征介绍

本厂1、2、3、4炉是SG—420/13.7—M423型锅炉，是与125MW机组配套的超高压，一次中间再热，热风送粉四角切圆燃烧，固态排渣，露天∏型布置，悬吊管结构，平衡通风，单汽包自然循环，中间储仓煤粉炉。钢筋混凝土构架，锅筒布置在锅炉上前方，距前水冷壁中心距2760mm，锅筒标高为47650mm。炉膛接近于正方形（宽9.60m，深8.84m），其宽深比为1.086，炉膛四周由Φ60×7mm节距为80.5mm的光管与扁缸焊接而成的膜式水冷壁。

炉膛上方布置有6片前屏过热器，紧挨着前屏过热器后布置有14片后屏过热器，在后屏的后面，折焰角上方布置有104排对流过热器。尾部对流烟井总深为8.5m，宽度与炉室相同，由隔墙省煤器分隔成前后两个烟道，即主烟道（前），深2500mm，布置有旁路省煤器，在其下方布置有烟气旁路调节挡板。高温再热器布置在水平烟道内，上述部件均为悬吊式，自由向下膨胀。在旁路省煤器和低温再热器下面依次布置了上级空预器,主省煤器和中下组空预器，其受热面均搁置在后钢架上，在上级空预器上方设置波形膨胀节，以补偿上方悬吊和下方搁置之间的相对膨胀。

1.1.1 锅筒及内部结构

锅筒内径Φ1600mm，壁厚为92mm，材料为BHW35，锅筒筒身长度为12240mm，总长度为14070mm。锅筒正常水位（0mm）为锅筒中心线下150mm，正常高低水位为±50mm。锅筒内部装置由旋风分离器，给水清洗孔板，顶部均流孔板组成，旋风分离器直径为Φ315mm，共布置48只，与各分段连通箱连通，旋风分离器进口装有导流板，以提高蒸汽分离效果，单个分离器的平均蒸汽负荷为10t/h左右，旋风分离器上方布置有清洗孔板。汽水混合物由Φ133×12的管子从水冷壁引入锅筒。锅炉给水由12根Φ108×10的管子从省煤器引入锅筒。饱和蒸汽从锅筒顶部引出经12根Φ133×12的管子引入炉顶过热器。锅筒下部设有四只Φ419×40的大直径下降管管座，装有十字档板，改善下降管带汽，防止产生漩涡。在锅筒两端布置两只口径为DN80的弹簧安全阀，在锅筒上还布置有排污，加药，紧急放水和升停时需要用的再循环管等管子及水位表，水位平衡容器。 1.1.2 水冷系统

炉膛深为8.8m，宽为9.6m，其宽深比为1.086，炉膛周界长度为36.88m，四周由Φ60×7,节距为80.5mm的光管和扁钢焊接而成的膜式水冷壁所组成，具有较好的密封性，减少炉膛漏风，并使炉墙结构的支吊简单。水冷壁管共448根。

锅筒下部有四根Φ419×40mm的大直径下降管，汇集的炉水经过分配集箱到44根Φ133×12mm下降管，进入水冷壁14个循环回路的14只下集箱，又经Φ60×7的水冷壁管吸热成汽水混合物，上升到水冷壁上集箱，再经46根Φ133×12的汽水引出管进入锅筒。后水冷壁上部由分叉管分成两路，一路折向前组成折焰角，使出口处形成缩口：消除炉膛内气流的寄生漩流，改善气流在炉膛内的充满程度和炉内空气动力特性，使炉膛出口烟气混合均匀。另一路垂直上升，起悬吊作用，为使两路管子均能安全可靠的工作，在垂直悬吊管进入集箱的管孔处设置了带有Φ16×3的节流

炉膛四周布置14层刚性梁，由工字钢制作按5227Pa抗暴能力，f/t＝1/500挠度计算，刚性梁随水冷壁一起膨胀。锅炉本体设有膨胀中心，沿锅炉高度方向设三层导向装置，锅炉水平力通过导向装置传递给锅炉构架的横梁，再传递给构架的柱子及基础。 1.1.3 过热器系统

过热器采用辐射对流型，蒸汽流程为，锅筒→炉顶过热器→后包复过热器→悬吊管及侧包复过热器→前屏→一级减温器→后屏→二级减温器→对流过热器→集汽集箱，然后从集箱两端引出到汽轮机。炉顶过热器的炉膛部分由Φ38×5的20G管子组成，其后面部分和后包复及侧包复过热器都由Φ38×4的20G管子组成，过热器悬吊管两排共104根由Φ42×6的20G管子组成。前屏过热器为全辐射屏，共 6 片，节距 Sl = 13500 mm , 每片屏由 28 根管子组成 U 型管屏，外圈 3 根由Ф38×5钢 102 管子组成，其余由Ф38×4.5的12Cr1MoV 管子组成，管屏由自身的管子绕成管夹固定。后屏过热器为半辐射屏，共 14 片，节距Sl = 630 mm，每片屏由 12 根管子组成 W 型管屏，外圈 3 根由Ф38×5的钢 102 管子组成，其余由Ф38×5的12Cr1MoV 管子组成，管屏由自身的管子绕成管夹固定。

对流过热器共104 排，横向节距Sl = 90mm，每排由 3 根套管子组成，按蒸汽流向管组前半部由Ф38×6 的 12CrlMoV 管子组成。后半部份由Ф38×6 的钢102 管子组成。

在后屏进口和出口分别布置有一、二级喷水减温器，一级喷水减温器主要是保护后屏过热器不使其超温，而二级喷水减温器是为调节过热器出口汽温，使其维持额定值，在一、二级喷水减温器中，蒸汽实现了二次左右交叉和混合，以消除由于热力偏差所造成的两侧蒸汽温度偏差。

过热器出口布置一只口径为 DN80 的弹簧安全阀，连同锅筒上安全阀在内共三只，总排汽量大于 420t/h。 1.1.4 再热器

再热器为二级布置。高温再热器布置在水平烟道中，低温再热器布置在尾部烟井的后烟道内与旁路省煤器并联布置。再热蒸汽的流程是：来自汽轮机高压缸的排汽，分左右两路到再热器事故喷水装置进入低温再热器，再经低温再热器出口集箱和微量喷水装置进入高温再热器，最后经再热器集汽集箱分左右两端引出，进入汽轮机中压缸。低温段再热器，逆流顺列布置共104排，每排由Ф42×3.5的7根套管圈组成，节距 S1=90mm，沿蒸汽流动方向，分别采用 20G , 15CrMo 和 12CrlMoV 材料。高温段再热器，顺流顺列布置，共 104 排，每排由Ф42×4 的 7 根套管圈组成，节距S1=90mm，材料 12CrlMoV , SA213-T91。再热汽温的调节主要用布置在尾部旁路烟道内的烟气挡板来调节，再热器进口设有事故喷水装置。再热器进口和出口分别布置 4 只和 2 只（共 6 只）口径 DN150 的弹簧安全阀，其总排汽量大于 350t/h。 1.1.5 省煤器

本燃烧设备采用四角切向燃烧方式，燃烧器布置在炉膛四角上。煤粉喷嘴采用了从CE公司引进并经过改进的WR燃烧器，该燃烧器有助于无烟煤的着火和稳定燃烧。

在WR燃烧器中，利用煤粉气流经过煤粉管道最后一个弯头时的离心力作用，使大部分煤粉紧贴着弯头的外沿进入煤粉喷管。设置在WR燃烧器煤粉喷管中间的隔板将浓淡两股煤粉流分开，并保持到出喷觜以后的一段距离。在煤粉喷嘴内安装有“V”型钝体，煤粉混合物射流在钝体的下游形成一个稳定的回流区，使火焰不断的稳定在回流区中。

为了加强炉膛内燃料和空气的混合，以及减少一次风贴壁，采用了同心反切圆系统。在此设计中，部分二次风射流与一次风射流呈20 °及3°偏转方向射入炉膛，以此构成切向燃烧，称为启转二次风。一次风则沿煤粉喷嘴轴线进入炉膛，在动量较强的启转二次风射流引射和冲击下，被带入二、三次风旋转的火球中。经这样的作用，一次风和二次风混合强烈，有助于煤粉完全燃烧。同时一次风被裹在炉膛中央，使得炉膛中央形成富燃料区域，而在水冷壁周围形成富空气区域，这就大大减少了一次风冲刷水冷壁的可能性，在燃料燃烧的初期阶段，燃料和空气的分级混合也使NOX排放量降低。为了减少锅炉水平烟道左右侧的烟温偏差，除了一、三次风为对冲布置外，还在三次风上部设置了与启转二次风方向相反的偏转二次风喷嘴，称为消旋二次风，通过改变不同二次风喷嘴的风量比率，可以调节切向燃烧的气流旋转强度。

本燃烧器的BC、C、CC及OFC层均设有手动喷嘴调节机构，可根据燃烧工况的需要，调节该层喷嘴的摆角，调节范围一般为±15°。本燃烧器的三次风喷嘴采取大速差原理进行预热，以利残余煤粉的燃烬。二次风的周界风不设档板，除了可保证喷嘴冷却外，还可减轻投停某台磨煤机时三次风缺角对燃烧的影响。 1.1.7.2 #2炉改造后燃烧器

2008年5月＃2炉大修期间对燃烧器及一次风管进行改造。

1.1.7.2.1将一、二、三次风中心线与前后墙的夹角改为：1、3号角的夹角为40°，#2、#4角的夹角为45°；

1.1.7.2.2设计切圆旋转方向为逆时针；

1.1.7.2.3将原三层一次风喷嘴上下浓淡的方式改为左右浓淡的燃烧方式，一次风喷口增加一个垂直钝体，一次风喷口由浓淡侧各一个喷口增加为各两个喷口；

1.1.7.2.5在送粉管最后一个弯头一次分离及燃烧器内二次分离实现浓淡分离并将浓粉引至向火侧。同时将最后一个弯头后一次风管径由426×10mm改为351×10mm。只保留靠水冷壁侧周界风，其它三面取消；

1.1.7.2.6修补剥落的卫燃带，适当增加卫燃带，使卫燃带面积达到约267.5m； 1.1.7.2.7顶部燃烬风喷嘴反切角改为15°。 1.1.8钢结构部份

锅炉本体钢架采用钢筋混凝土结构，与主厂房框架脱开，尾部空气预热器部分采用钢制构架，钢筋混凝土构架的特点是减少钢材消耗量和节省工程的投资。锅炉除省煤器预热器以外的所有受热部件及其炉墙，刚性梁等部组件的全部重量（包括管内水重）通过各自的吊杆悬吊在小梁或次梁上，然后再分配到四根大梁上，四根大梁分别搁在相应的钢筋混凝土柱子的柱顶上，全部荷重通过柱子传递到锅炉基础上，主省煤器和空气预热器分层搁在钢制的后钢架上，全部荷重通过柱子传递到锅炉基础上，对位于烟道内部的各支承梁为保证其工作温度低于 200 ℃ ，其外表面必须包绝热材料其内部必须强制通风冷却，保证其工作的安全可靠。

锅炉宽度方向的柱距为 16000mm，K1柱与主厂房间的距离由设计院定，K1- K2间距离为 4000 mm，K2- K3间距离为 11000 mm ，K3- K4间距离为13100 mm，支承预热器的后钢架的柱距深 8420 mm，宽 10680mm，前排柱距K4柱5160mm。锅炉钢结构按技术协议中的地震、风荷载和有关设计规范设计。

1.1.9 炉墙及炉顶密封

本锅炉炉膛部份为全焊膜式水冷壁，因而保证了炉墙的严密性，烟气不会直接冲刷炉墙，使炉墙的内壁温度接近于水冷壁的壁温，因此炉墙采用了轻质的保温材料，外面设金属护板，炉顶及两侧包覆，后包覆为光管密排，二光管之间用Ф6圆钢分段与管子点焊组成，这部份炉墙在管子外面浇一层耐火混凝土，再加硅酸铝防水泡沫石棉复合保温材料。在主省煤器部份由于没有包复管，因此采用了混凝土浇灌而成的框架式炉墙，本锅炉尾部受热面采用上吊下搁。当环境温度 25 ℃ 时本锅炉炉墙外壁温度均小于50 ℃，为了适应露天布置需要炉墙外表装置了波形金属护板。本锅炉的炉顶率密封采用微正压结构，并用金属板进行二次密封，首先在炉顶管周围与水冷壁管及侧包覆管接触处用密封垫块密封使其成为一个平面，再焊上密封板，在穿过炉顶的所有管系处采用金属疏形板密封，炉顶管开孔处和两侧采用密封钢板，作为一次密封，为了更进一步提高炉顶的密封性在炉顶保温外面再用钢板进行第二次密封，并设计了膨胀节吸收相对膨胀量，要保证炉顶的严密性不但在设计上采取措施，同时对施工质量好坏有着密切的关系，因此在安装施工时必须重视，炉顶除采用二次密封外尚有炉顶罩壳，炉顶盖板等措施以此保护炉墙，防止露天风雨的侵入，炉顶盖板中间部份采用拉网板，以加强罩壳内通风降低吊杆温度。 1.1.10 制造厂家及投产时间
