浮动盘管立卧半即热式换热器设计说明
一、设计说明 :
(一) SFP型浮动盘管立卧半即热式换热器,是将被加热水贮存在壳体内,而供热媒(蒸汽或高低温热水)在管束盘管内,它属于一种有限量贮水的换热器,具有较少的贮存水量(可贮存1?3分钟用水量),却能迅速补充热量,并设有能预测负荷变化的温控系统,在冷媒、热媒流量较稳定的条件下,它能使供热量和需热量很好的处于平衡状态,达到定温变量供水之先进设备。
(二) SFP型立卧半即热式换热器适用于一般工业及民用建筑的生活用水、采暖用水、空调供水系统等。换热器管束盘管的材料为紫铜管。壳体材料为碳钢、不锈钢及碳钢内衬铜、不锈钢板等。
(三)热媒为蒸汽或高低温热水。换热器管程工作压力≤1.6MPa,壳程工作压力为0.6,1.0,1.5MPa,管程为热媒通道,壳程为冷媒(被加热水)通道。
(四)立卧半即热式换热器壳体外表面应设置保温层,保温层一般在换热器安装现场由施工单位自行制作。当用户有特殊要求时,本换热器在出厂前也可将保温层做好,如图一所示。
(五)立卧半即热式换热器必须设置超压安全装置,以确保壳体安全严防超压爆炸。在生活热水供应要求较高时,其壳体上部还应设有超温阀,以防换热设备出水温度过高造成用户人员烫伤。
(六) SFP型换热器虽有自动除垢功能,但当换热盘管某些死角部分水垢无法脱落时,清垢可用热冲击方法,具体如下:① 放净壳体内的水;② 关闭进出水口;③ 打开进汽阀和冷凝水阀门排净管内存水,然后关闭冷凝水阀门,大约5?6分钟突然关闭进汽阀门,打开冷水阀门和底部排污阀门,使换热盘管突然冷却,同时排掉脱落水垢,连续3~4次即可全部排净,设备继续投入运行。为确保供水质量,及时排除壳体内下部沉积的污物,换热器每周应开排污阀1~2次,进行排污。

二、主要技术特点和其它:
(一)具有自动除垢功能,罐体内换热螺旋盘管在热媒温度、压力变化和离心力作用的推动下,以及被加热水流动力的冲动下,可使盘管自由上下、左右浮动和高频振动,从而使水垢不易粘附在管外壁上,并可使其自动脱落,具有自动除垢功能。解除了长期以来用户平时维修过程中清污除垢酸洗之老大难问题,并可节省大量人力、物力和化学药物等,深受用户欢迎,这是当前国内外其它各类换热器无法与此相比之最大优点。现本公司已有千余台在全国各地运转,并有三百多台已运转四年以上,至今尚无一台要求清污除垢的,实践证明,具有自动除垢功能。
(二)冷凝水温低,换热性能优异。由于换热盘管在壳体内可以上下、左右自由浮动和伸缩,增大了被加热水和热媒

的扰动,强化了传热,使换热充分,提高了传热效率,并具有换热量大,热媒温降大,被加热水冷媒温升高,冷凝水温度低,一级换热即可满足要求等优点。同时可满足北京市热网生活、采暖和空调供水的特殊要求。经过国家一级热工测试单位:机电部华北工业锅炉测试中心反复多次测试证明:SFP换热器,在汽水及水水换热时均具有很高的传热系数K 值。汽水换热时,其传热系数K=(2400~4070瓦/米2·度)2100~3500大卡/米2·时·度,其热媒温降为:在蒸汽压力P
表=0.2~0.4MPa(温度为T1=131~152℃)时,生活用水换热冷凝水温度T2=60℃左右,空调用水换热冷凝水温度T2=65℃左右,采暖用水换热冷凝水温度T2=80?90℃左右;在水-水换热时,传热系数为K=(1410~2800瓦/米2·度)1210~2400大卡/米2·时·度,其生活用水热媒温降为T1=77℃,T2=45℃,T1=105℃,T2=77℃。从上述数值就充分说明了,SFP 换热器之优异性能。
(三)节能效果显著,由于该类型换热器换热盘管材质为紫铜管,管外壁光洁不锈蚀,并可在水中自由浮动,具有强化传热和自动除垢功能,因管壁无污垢,致使传热效率高效持久,长期运转为高效率,而其它类型换热器仅在运转初期(3~4个月内)效率高,随着运转时间加长,换热器外壁将锈蚀积结污垢,从而引起传热效率大幅度下降,最后不得不停运清污除垢。由于热媒在管内,被加热水在壳体内,因而壳体表面温度低,散热损失少,节约能源,尤其在以蒸汽为热媒时,因凝结水温度低,能回收约占整个换热量10%左右的凝结水的热量,具有较大的节能效益,并可减少环境污染等优点。
(四)使用寿命长。由于浮动盘管具有自动除垢功能,平时不须抽出盘管清污除垢,减少了腐蚀和人为伤害,使用寿命大为延长,一般可使用10年以上。
(五)噪声很小,且无冲击噪声,备受用户欢迎。
(六)方便浮动盘管的维护检修,完全符合GBJ15-88《建筑给水排水设计规范》4.4.13条检修之要求。
(七)适用范围广。它可适用于蒸汽、高温水、低温水三种不同的热媒,均可取得较好的效果。
(八)体积小,占空间小,易于搬运。可整体组装,安装快捷。
(九)自动化程度高,出水温度、热媒进入量等实行自动操作控制。
(十)SFP型换热器的型号及主要的技术参数见表1,其安装尺寸和接管尺寸参见图1及表2。
(十一) SFP型换热器汽-水、水-水换热时选择计算表:
(1)生活用水供应设计工况(汽-水、水-水换热)见表3。
(2)采暖热水和空调水供应设计工况(汽-水、水-水换热)见表4、5。
(3)SFP型换热器在汽-水、水-水交换时,其生活热水、采暖热水、空调用水等产水量和换热量参见表6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13。
(十二)用于加热采暖和空调用水时,当供水温度精度要求不高,为节约造价,可不安装温度调节阀。
(1)调节阀前一定要安设滤污器。
(2)温度调节阀一般允许压力为0.4MPa,当超过此值时应予减压。
(3)本公司可供应国产调节阀,国外(指:美国、英国、丹麦产)调节阀,可视用户要求而定。

4.SFP 自动除垢原理:
①在热媒(蒸汽或高温热水)压力和温度不断波动下,驱使盘管自动伸缩和高频振动使水垢不易粘附在盘管外壁上。②在被加热水流冲动下,盘管可自由浮动,也可使水垢不易粘附在管壁上。③紫铜管外壁很光滑,在上下、左右浮动下,可使水垢不易粘附在管壁上。
④紫铜管和水垢的膨胀系数不同,水垢很小,紫铜管很大,在胀缩极不均等的情况下,水垢易被拉裂破碎,另外盘管在运转过程中一直是高频振动而使水垢自动脱落。
总之,自动除垢,冷凝水温度低,效率高,维修简便,使用寿命长,节约能源是SFP 之最主要优点。

高效节能SFP型浮动盘管换热器
SFP型换热器主要优点:
① 具有自动除垢功能,可以自动除去换热盘管外壁上的污垢,这是当今国内任何其它类型的换热器无法相比也不具备的最大优点。
② 冷凝水温度低,一次换热即可满足要求,可省掉疏水器,一般空调汽-水换热冷凝水温在65℃以下,采暖汽-水换热,冷凝水温在90℃以下,生活用水汽-水换热,冷凝水温在60℃以下,因而它具有高效节能,减少环境污染的优点。
③ 传热效率高效持久,长期运转为高效率,一般汽水换热时K=2100~3500大卡/m2·h·℃左右。水水换热时K=1210~2400大卡/m2·h·℃,而其它类型的换热器(如板式)仅在运转初期(3~4个月左右)效率高,随着时间加长,换热盘管外壁结垢,而传热效率大幅度下降,一般连续运转1年左右,就得停运清污除垢。
④ 使用寿命长(不须酸洗清污除垢,而减少腐蚀),维修简便,可省去平时清污除垢的麻烦,节约大量人力、物力,极受用户欢迎。
⑤ 噪声很小,多行程浮头壳管式换热器及其它类型多行程容积式换热器在运转过程中,凝水出水冲击噪声较大,且凝水出水温度较高,而SFP型换热器噪声很小,备受用户好评。
浮动盘管立式容积式和半容积式换热器设计说明
一、设计说明:
(一) FPL(B)型立式容积式和半容积式换热器适用于一般工业及民用建筑的生活用热水供水系统等。换热器管束盘管的材料为紫铜管。壳体材料为碳钢和不锈钢及碳钢内衬铜、不锈钢板等。
(二)热媒为蒸汽或高低温热水,换热器管程工作压力≤1.6MPa,壳程工作压力为0.6,1.0,1.5MPa, 出口热水温度一般不高于90 ℃。
(三)立式容积式和半容积式换热器的表面应设置保温层,保温层在换热器安装现场制作。
(四)立式容积式和半容积式换热器必须设置安全装置,下列三种安全装置可选其一种装设于换热器上。

181.在换热器顶部装设安全阀,安全阀压力须与换热器最高工作压力相适应,安全阀的安装与使用应符合劳动人事部《压力容器安全技术监察规程》的规定。
2.在换热器顶部装设接通大气的引出管(有条件的场合)。
3.设膨胀水箱,与换热器相连,以放出膨胀水量。
(五) FPL (B)型换热器虽有自动除垢功能,但当换热盘管某些死角部分水垢无法脱落时,清垢可利用热冲击方法,具体如下:①放净壳体内的水;②关闭进出水口;③打开进汽阀和冷凝水阀门排净管内存水,然后关闭冷凝水阀门,大约5~6分钟突然关闭进汽阀门,打开冷水阀门和底部排污阀门,使换热盘管突然冷却,同时排掉脱落水垢,连续3~4次即可全部排净,设备继续投入运行。
(六)本换热器管程为热媒通道,壳程为被加热水通道。
(七)为确保供水质量,及时排除壳体内下部沉积的污物,每周应开排污阀1~2次,进行排污。
(八) FPL (B)型立式容积式和半容积式换热器主要技术性能、安装尺寸,见表1、2、3、4、5和图1、2、3。
二、主要技术特点和其它:
(一)把容积式、半即热式浮动盘管换热器二者之优点巧妙结合于一体,既保持了原有容积式换热器贮水量大,水头损失小,供水平稳安全之优点,又具有半即热式浮动盘管换热器传热效率高、自动除垢等换热器的优点。
(二)具有自动除垢功能,罐体内换热螺旋盘管在热媒温度压力变化离心力作用推动下,及被加热水流动力的冲动下,可使盘管自由上下、左右浮动和高频振荡,具有自动除垢功能,可使管外壁水垢自动脱落和不易粘附在管外壁上,解除长期以来用户平时维修过程中清污除垢酸洗之老大难问题,深受用户欢迎,这是当前国内外各类容积式、半容积式换热器无法与此相比之最大优点。现本公司已有千余台在全国各地运转,并有三百多台已运转四年以上,至今尚无一台要求清污除垢的,实践证明,具有自动除垢功能。
(三)由于换热盘管在壳体内可以上下、左右自由浮动和伸缩,增大了被加热水和热媒的扰动,强化了传热,提高了传热效率,使换热充分,具有换热量大,热媒温降大,被加热水冷媒温升高,冷凝水温度低,一级换热即可满足要求等。同时可满足北京市热网供水的特殊要求。经过国家一级热工测试单位:机电部华北工业锅炉测试中心反复多次测试证明,FPL(B)换热器,在汽水及水水换热时均具有很高的传热系数K 值。汽水换热时:在蒸汽压力P 表=0.2~0.4MPa(温
度为T 1=131~152℃)被加热水由t 1=11.41℃,升至t 2=69℃,而凝结水出水温度T 2=65℃左右,其传热系数K 值
为K=(2400~3720瓦/米2·度)2100~3200大卡/米2·时·度;水-水换热时:在热媒进水温度T 1=77℃时,而
T 2=45℃,在T 1=105℃时,而T 2=77℃,其传热系数K 值为K=(1410?2460瓦/米2·度)1210~2100大卡/米2·时·度,
这充分说明了,本公司的换热器高效率和换热充分的优异性能,说明其传热效率之高是国内其它容积式和半容积式换热器与之无法相比的。
(四)方便浮动盘管的维护检修,盘管可在罐内亦可从罐体侧面抽出来检修或更换。完全符合GBJ15-88《建筑给水排水设计规范》4.4.13条检修之要求。
(五)使用寿命长,由于具有自动除垢功能,平时不须抽出盘管清污除垢,减少了腐蚀和人为伤害,使用寿命大为延长。
(六)噪声很小,且无冲击噪声,备受用户欢迎。
(七)罐体内全部贮存热水,无死水区,容积利用率100%。
