二、验收标准

1、检验批合格质量标准

三、验收组织

1、在合同工期或参加建设的各方均认为工程形象已经具备验收条件的前一阶段，由监理单位组织有关单位进行现场检查确认，在检查确认的过程中，列举出不具备或不符合验收条件的具体内容，并形成会议纪要，检查内容须确定责任单位或责任人。确定预验收时间。

2、预验收由监理单位主持。验收会议必须确定二个内容，一是需要整改的内容，二是竣工验收的时间；
