Summary
Overview
A good idea comes out of my mind that I can set a business ,which is a kind of service serve special part time information to students in university .
After making a detail analysis of the current situation and the customers , I have conclude two points which are very important. First ,the price of the offering information always comes first . Therefore, I should make sure the price which I make should have the high quality be the reasonable one.Secondly,I should make sure that the part-time jobs information should be reliable and available ,then I can do better than my competitors .
I have two efficient ways to publicize my business. The first is to build public websites ; Second is to send leaflets. So ,here are just low cost ,and I can save so much cost in the beginning .According to my observation and my question paper,I find the service has a promising market ,and as long as I do it in credit and by heart ,I can make it a good business.

1. Introduction
The business of mine is I can rent a spare room in school and recruit several students who are keen on setting business to connect with some special company to serve part-time jobs information to some students .Then ,I can get the fee charging to make a profit .Though the students in college, there are some special groups who are eager to get such chance .such as junior or senior students who have just few lessons in their semester and some students who’s family are too poor to afford the tuition fee ,such groups are interested in the service and I can make a profit from it .
To start with ,I will make several kinds of circulars in the billboard to publicize my business .And then I can set a website for my own business to get others know my business general facts . If someone needs the service, he can leave messages to me. I will collect some efficient information to them to select ., so that they can get what they want in time .
2. Market analysis
2.1 Customers analysis
I have do a survey for the customers ,nearly about %80 students are in favor in setting such an employment agency ,they think it is convenient for them to get a proper part-time job when they need such a chance .Meanwhile ,%60 students doubt whether it is reliable and if the fee charged is reasonable .
However, what I should pay attention to is how to make the potential customers believe in us ,here ,I got an idea that I cooperate with a teacher who has a good fame in our school and are popular with the students .and I will give her or him a larger share on the profit .Only by doing this ,I can make it convenient to get contact with some companies to get much more efficient job information and to get the credit from the information needers .
A vital hard substance -how to get the start money can also be get over .Then ,some other problems are easy and freely to be solved ,such as working experience and some legal action problems .
2.2 Competitors analysis
Here are two kinds of competitors that I should pay attention to .
The first is some websites which offer some jobs information in a large amount and just for free ,they may get a good station by such good characteristics .However , I have my own advantage than them ,such as I can promise the truth of my offering information and I will set a legal contract with the students to protect their important sake .For example , if they can not get their salary from the part-time job they get in our agent ,I will promise to give their double loss in return ,but it should be in the premise that they also pay their duty and do their job carefully,by doing this ,the more job seekers will give a consideration about it,although they should pay for it ,they will balance the good and the bad points to get the biggest benefit , and I can get more customers and benefit a lot from it .
The second one is some agencies out of school are also a big challenge in front of us .However ,I can find a good way to make it .I will make my charging fee lower than them ,I will use this kind of advantage to create a good stand for myself .Here ,I catch a good customer’s psychologic factor to do a good job .
3. Marketing plan
The first thing I should is to publicize. Among the college students, QQ and RenRen website are the popular to do a communication . Therefore, I will build a public website on RenRen website. I can send new messages on the website. Then I should print some leaflets and send them to each dormitory to let the students know my business and care about my public website.
The second thing is that I need to contact with so many company to get
the first hand job-searching information ,and to do a large amount of research or investigation to make sure that the companies are normal and legal to publicize recruit information .Only by doing such work in advance ,we can make a confident promise in front of the job-seekers that the information we serve is reliable and to build a good relationship with them ,and at the same time ,we can also gain much more public praise from our customers .
The third thing is that I need to do some research as often as possible .One thing is most significant that I should make some question papers to the public to get more feedback ,some questions are like those ,how do you feel about our job , how you get the news about us ,on the internet or from others ,or know it by accident ,or how much you benefit from the agency ,and what about your new proposals for our improving and so on .By doing this ,we can get improved as quick as possible and to enlarge our effect on the public .
4. Financial analysis
4.1 Estimate costs
4.1.1 Fixed costs
The first and also the most important fixed cost is the rent rental of a fixed office to receive consulting at any time ,I think it may be 10000 yuan (RMB)./YEAR. A fixed computer and a printer ,which may cost 6000 yuan (RMB).
4.1.2 Inventory
The little concrete cost may be the following ;
1 . The circulars will cost almost 600 yuan (RMB)
2 . The question papers wii cost 300 yuan (RMB)
3 . The necessary stationary may cost 200 yuan (RMB)
4 . Some chairs and two desks may cost 2oo yuan (RMB)
4.1.3 Wages
I will recruit two students to help me to be on duty in the office in
turn ,so i should pay them in 300 yuan (RMB)/MONTH ,about
the teacher we cooperate ,i will share with him or her on the
profit ,she or he may get shares about the profit ,but it should
depend on how much he invest into it .
4.1.4 Other variable costs
4.2 The first variable cost is that the compensation for the customer’s loss .Because we can not predict what will happen in the future ,and it is also hard for us to make sure they would not meet some special situation or some damage or injury ,for the job may be so many kinds ,and it is no doubt that some circumstance will appear .Next ,some other small cost can not be counted very accurately ,such as some tax-fee to contact company ,or some printing-fee ,or do some treating to let others do not worry about the business .
4.3 Estimated revenues
4.3.1 Price X expected sales
According to my searching for several months ,I have known that
it is proper for me and for the job-seekers to set such a price : everyone can get the job information from us forever after they pay us 150 yuan (RMB)/YEAR.We can control such private priority by giving each a card with a unique password . However ,in the beginning ,it may be hard to get a good profit ,as long as we insist and never stop improve to get better and better ,in the long run ,I think we can get a good profit from it ,and make our business stronger and stronger .
5. Overall assessment
In a summary , we can see that two things are very vital. The first thing is how to publicize my business . RenRen website and XinLand website are so
significant way to use .I can build a public website, upload the information of the service and update the information as soon as possible . The second thing is way to build a credit bridge between job-seekers ,in prder to do this job well ,the teacher i cooperate with may have a great effect on their’s believes . Considering the truth quality of the information and proper price of the service,more and more students or job seekers will throw their attention to our business and we can get much more close intention to let my business known to the public very time . In conclusion, the results of my survey and my analysis show that this business plan has a strong and long potential market. As long as i do it carefully and do it properly .Therefore, I have the high risk ,i also embrace the good opportunity to gain a good profit . I believe that i will get it better and better .
