4、丙方享受国家规定的法定节假日、春节、端午节、中秋节、国庆节等假日。

5、甲方转正后按规定为乙方缴付社保金。 二、乙方职责

2.带领和协助丙方提高生产率，产品质量并监督实施; 3.代理甲方检查督促丙方履行本合同规定的岗位职责情况。 三、丙方的权利和义务

六、违约责任

1.在聘期间，丙方如有违反国家法律，公司规章制度或受到其他公司以外的行政处分的，甲方将视其情节轻重，给予相应处罚，包括开除丙方并追赔有关经济损失。

2.丙方如果在聘期间调离甲方，自调离之日起，本合同书自动终止，甲方视具体情况责成丙方承担相应的违约责任。

七、本合同中未尽事宜，在执行中三方应本着友好合作精神协商解决。 八、本合同一式三份，甲乙丙三方各持一份，自三方签字盖章之日起生效。
