摘要： 油田开发进入中后期，层间矛盾突出，用封隔器封隔上部水层，采下部油层，即封上采下管柱，油套环形空间因被封隔器堵死，和油管内无法形成循环通道，当油管内结蜡，无法采取清蜡措施，结蜡严重就躺井。2008年4月开始通过51-81等三口井下试验，见到初步效果 ，后又陆续下了23口井，通过作业时井下管柱看，防蜡效果显著，平均检修期达到425天，比原计划延长了213天。

濮城油田自1979年3月5日投入开发，现有油井开井913口，其中抽油井开790口，日产液15460吨，日产油1278吨，综合含水91.7%，平均单井日产液21.5吨、日产油1.7吨；结蜡井276口，占开井数的35%。在2008年前，清蜡工艺是：加油基清蜡剂清蜡70口，水泥车洗井清蜡160口，全月有230口井得到清蜡措施。
