(四)权属过户及房屋交付

1、甲乙双方应于本合同签订之日起______日内将房屋权属过户的所需全部真实、有效合法手续、材料(包括但不限于房证、契证等)交与丙方保管，丙方协助双方办理过户手续。

2、双方同意，甲方于______________________________腾空房屋并将房屋钥匙交与乙方。逾期交房的，接每日50元收取违约金。

3、在双方交接钥匙前，应先办理有关物业的交接，包括但不限于水，电，煤气，有线电视，电话，物业费，采暖费，户口等相关手续，并由甲方结清相关费用。4、甲方应于地税局出具完税证明后_______日内，将户口迁出甲乙双方交易的房屋，逾期迁出的，按每日100元收取违约金。

5、丙方应甲乙双方要求协助双方办理上述物业交接事宜，并由双方在《房屋交接单》上签字确认。

(五)违约责任
