摘 要

本输气管道设计内容是西气东输联络线管道工程初步设计。管道西起新疆塔里木轮南油气田,东至广东省广州末站,是一条贯穿我国西部地区连接西气东输和中缅管道的管道大动脉。管道设计输量为200亿立方米/年。在贵阳和南宁分别设置分输站,分输气量分别为50亿立方米/年。

针对起终点要求,利用Google Earth软件,在电子地图上确定最优线路。最优线路管道全长4873.7km。

利用计算机软件(RealPipe)进行九种不同方案的管道工艺计算,并进行经济比较分析,确定最佳输气方案。经济比较分析采用方案比较法,以年当量费用最小为最佳输气方案评价指标。

利用计算机软件(RealPipe)对设计管道进行模拟仿真分析,初步验证设计方案的可行性。工艺系统分析的内容有:内涂层设置分析;压气站布站分析;管道适应性分析;管道末段储气能力分析等。通过初步的模拟仿真计算保证管道设计输气要求以及准确性和安全性。

ABSTRACT

This gas pipeline design is a preliminary design of tie line of West-east gas transmission pipeline. The pipeline runs from west Tarim Lunnan oil and gas field in Xinjiang Province, east to gas transmission terminal station of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province. It is a important line that connects the West-east gas transmission pipeline and China-Myanmar pipeline throughout the western region in our country. The designed transmission capacity is 20 billion cubic meters per year. Placing gas distributing station in Guiyang and Naning and the send-out is 5 billion cubic meters per year.

According to the requirements of start and destination, then using Google Earth to determine the optimal solution in the electronic map. The optimal line’s total length is 4873.7 kilometers.

Using computer software (RealPipe) to complete process calculation of nine different schemes, then making comparison on economics and determining the optimal solution. The analysis of comparison on economics adopts program comparison method and take the minimum valent weight cost per year as the evaluation index to determine the optimal solution .

Using computer software (RealPipe) to make simulations for the gas pipeline, preliminarily verify the feasibility of the design scheme. The analysis’s contents of process system conclude: the analysis of internal coating; the analysis of station distribution; the analysis of pipeline’s adaptability; the analysis of end of the pipeline gas storage capacity etc.Through the preliminary simulation to ensure that gas transmission pipeline design requirements as well as the accuracy and security.
