基于PLC的电机故障诊断系统设计

摘要

本文介绍了国内基于PLC的电机故障诊断系统设计,详细分析了三相鼠笼式异步电机常见的故障及故障表现出的症状。对PLC的选型做出了论述,介绍了S7-200 CPU226的特点。对模块的扩展做出了详细论述。对传感器进行相应的选型,对输入输出点做出了相应的分配。做出了一套基于PLC的电机多故障诊断系统。本文对基于PLC的电机故障诊断系统硬软件的设计做出了详细论述,做出了故障诊断系统的工艺图及人机界面,做出了程序流程图及梯形图。

Motor fault diagnosis system based on PLC is designed

Abstract

This paper introduces the domestic motor fault diagnosis system based on PLC is designed, detailed analysis of the three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor showed symptoms of the common faults and fault. Type selection of PLC made in this paper, the author introduces the characteristics of S7-200 CPU226. Made on the propagation of the module is discussed in detail. To the corresponding selection, sensor made corresponding allocation of input and output point. Make a set of motor fault diagnosis system based on PLC.In this paper, the motor fault diagnosis system based on PLC, the hard software design has made a detail, the fault diagnosis system of the process diagram and the man-machine interface, making the program flow chart and ladder diagram.
