开关无摩擦

阀芯偏离阀座后再旋转,消除了阀座与

最佳流通特性

全通径和缩径都能提供很高的流通性能和Cv.增强泵的系统效率,并使磨蚀问题极大的降低

阀芯的接触摩擦,解决了传统球阀、闸板阀、旋塞阀的阀座与阀芯的旋转摩擦问题.

可注入填料

ORBIT操作原理

开启过程

1 在阀门关闭的位置, 阀芯 (黄色)受阀杆的(橙色)

机械施压作用紧密压在阀座上 (铜色).

3 当阀杆连续提升时, 并与阀杆螺旋槽内的导向销钉

相互作用,使阀芯开始无摩擦旋转.

4 ORBIT®

2当逆时针旋转手轮时阀杆向上提升, 阀杆下端的楔形

平面使阀芯倾离阀座

4 到全开位置, 阀杆升到极限位置,阀芯转到

全通位置.

ORBIT操作原理

关闭过程

5 关闭阀门时,顺时针旋转手轮. 阀杆开始下降并带动

阀芯旋转.

7 在即将关闭的位置, 阀芯已经在与阀座无接触的情

况下旋转了 90.

6连续旋转手轮,阀杆受到嵌在导向槽内的导向销订

作用,使阀杆和阀芯同时旋转90.

8 手轮转动的最后几圈, 阀杆底部的楔形平面机械

地压迫阀芯,使其紧密的压在阀座上,实现严密的关断

ASME B16.34 valves test times are less than values shown.

For each Orbit valve there is a flow coefficient CV . This is defined as the flow in gallons per minute of water at 60°F with apressure drop of 1 psi across the valve. By using the following simplified formulas, the pressure drop for a given set of flow conditions may be calculated: (Refer to Bulletin FCI 62-1 of Fluid Controls Institute, Inc. for additional information.)
