摘要

本文阐述了以Pro/e和VB作为主要开发工具,开发机构认知虚拟实验的过程,通过对现有机械原理展柜中的各种机构进行测绘,利用测绘结果,在Pro/e平台上建立基本构件、基本运动副,并装配出机械原理陈列柜中的各种机构,形成机构认知实验所需要的基本机构库。在VB平台上设计虚拟实验室的交互界面,实现浏览虚拟实验室中的各种机构、查看仿真结果、播放机构动画以及用Pro/e软件直接打开机构库`进一步操作。构件机构认知虚拟实验的过程中所有用到的参数化建模方法、机构仿真方法、机构装配的爆炸图等不仅可以用于机构认知实验,同样也可用于进一步构建其他机构并进行分析。

Abstract

Taking the Pro / e and the VB as major development tools, this paper describes the process of a cognitive and virtual experiment. When the surveying and mapping of the various institutions existing in the showcase are finished, the basic components, the basic kinematic pair, and the assembly of mechanical principles will be completed, so the basic body needed for cognitive and virtual experiments is formed throughout the platform of Pro / e On the VB platform the interface of virtual laboratory can be designed, then the students can browse the various institutions, view simulation results, play the animation sector and open to further action using Pro / e `institutional repository software directly. In the cognitive and virtual experiments the parametric modeling methods, simulation methods agencies, and institutions such as the assembly of the exploded diagram for the agency not only can be used for a cognitive experiment, also be used for further building and analyzing on other agencies
