Note: Please make sure to examine the following items before power-on: * Reliable grounding of device enclosure.

* Power supply of the device is AC or DC and 240V.

(If 110V power supply is required, it shall be indicated during ordering.) * Default of device input is passive contact input.

(If active contact input of DC 240V is required, it shall be indicated during ordering.) * Default of the device is without anti-bouncer function

(If product with anti-trip function is required, it shall be indicated during ordering.) * Correct polarity of current input as well as correct phase sequence of voltage input * During on-site debugging, power-on time of high current shall not be too long (For this device, continuous running is available when current in the AC current circuit is twice of the rated current, 10s running is allowable under ten times of the rated current and 1s running is allowable under 40 times of the rated current.), so as to avoid unnecessary damage. 1 概述

YZ201/301系列综合微机保护装置是采用计算机技术、电力自动化技术、通信技术等多种高新技术的新型电器产品。它集保护、测量、控制、监测、通讯于一体,是实现电力系统自动化的基础硬件装置,是替代传统继电保护的理想电器元件,是构成智能化开关柜的理想电器元件。多种功能的高度集成、灵活的配置、完全汉化的显示技术、友好的人机界面,使得YZ201/301系列综合微机保护装置可做为电力系统10KV以下电网各类电器设备及线路的主保护或后备保护。对各种中压电网(不接地电网、电阻接地、消弧线圈接地、直接接地电网)均能适用。并且YZ201/301系列综合微机保护装置能应用在各类开关柜和各类接线方式的系统中,如单母线、双母线、旁路母线和双进线供电系统。

1. General

Taking various high and new technologies such as computer technology, electric power automation, communication technology, etc., and integrating protection, measurement, control, monitoring and communication into one, YZ201/301 series integrated microcomputer protection device is a new type of electric product, a basic hardware device to realize the automation of electric power system, as well as an ideal component to replace the traditional relay protection and to constitute the intelligent switch cabinet. A varieties of highly integrated functions, flexible setting, completely Chinese-localized display technology and friendly human-computer interface enable the YZ201/301 series integrated microcomputer protection device to be the main protection or back-up protection for various electric equipment and circuits with the grid below 10KV in the

electric power system. And YZ201/301 series integrated microcomputer protection device is not only applicable to all kinds of middle-voltage grids (ungrounded grids, resistance grounding, arc suppression coil grounding and direct grounding grids), but to various switch cabinets as well as systems of various connection ways such as single bus, double bus, bypass bus and double inlet wire power supply system.

4.2.1 LCD LCD为192×64点阵式图文液晶显示器,显示方式为蓝底白字,显示特点为全中文菜单结构,可显示各种功能菜单,并可显示各种数据、参数、断路器状态、事件记录、保护定值等信息。具备液晶休眠功能,在无故障、无告警状态下5分钟后LCD自动休眠。当有键盘操作或有故障、告警信号时自动打开LCD显示。 4.2.1 LCD

character on blue background and display character is entire-Chinese menu structure which can display various functional menus as well as various information such as data, parameter, circuit breaker state, event record, protection fixed value, etc. It has crystal hibernation function; under the situation without failure and alarm, hibernation of LCD will be activated automatically after 5 minutes; while LCD display will open automatically if the keyboard is operated or there is failure & alarm signal. 4.2.2 LED 合闸LED指示灯:当装置检测到断路器位置信号为合闸状态时,合闸LED指示灯将点亮,颜色为红色。进行本地操作合闸时,在―操作预令‖状态下该指示灯闪烁。 运行LED指示灯:在装置正常工作时,为闪烁状态,颜色为绿色。当运行LED指示灯不闪烁时,表明装置为非正常工作状态,应立即处理、维护。 故障LED指示灯:当装置检测到其所监控的电力设备发生故障时,如线路短路、接地等,故障LED指示灯点亮,颜色为红色。 告警LED指示灯:当装置检测到电力设备运行于不正常工作状态,如控制回路断线、过温等而发出的告警信号时,该指示灯点亮,颜色为红色,若检测到装置内部故障时该指示灯闪烁。 分闸LED指示灯:当装置检测到断路位置信号为分闸状态时,分闸LED指示灯将点亮,颜色为绿色。进行本地操作分闸时,在―操作预令‖状态下该指示灯闪烁。 4.2.2 LED ·LED indicator light of closing: When the device detects that the position signal of circuit breaker is under closing state, the LED indicator light of closing will be turned on in red color. It flashes under the ―Preparatory Command of Operation‖ state during local operation closing. ·LED indicator light of running: When the device is under the normal working state, the light flashes in green. If the LED light of running doesn’t flash, it represents that the device is under an abnormal working state and shall be handed and maintained immediately. ·LED indicator light of failure: When the device detects a failure of the monitored electric equipment, such as short-circuit, grounding failure and etc., the LED indicator light of failure flash will be turned on in red. ·LED indicator light of alarm: when the device detects the abnormal working state of electric equipment, such as alarms for control circuit disconnection, over-temperature and etc., this light is on in red, which will flash in case of an internal failure of device. ·LED indicator light of opening: When the device detects that the position of circuit breaker is under closing state, the LED indicator light of opening will be turned on in green. It flashes under the ―Preparatory Command of Operation‖ state during local operation opening.

4.2.3 操作按键

分合闸按键在设置或运行状态下均可在本地进行操作。 分合操作按键

分合操作按键用于本地控制可操作的电力设备,如断路器的分合控制。操作过程分为操作预令和操作动令两个步骤,按键按第一下时起动操作预令,相应的分合闸指示灯闪烁,装置处于―操作预令‖状态。此间,第二次按动同一操作按键(动令确认),装置方可执行相应操作。预令与动令操作间隔时间必须在0.5-5秒内,当时间少于0.5秒时动令不被确认,当时间超过5秒,预令过程将自动结束,动令确认不被认可,操作过程必须重新开始。

面板操作功能键 方向键(←→↑↓)、―确认‖键、―取消‖键用于LCD显示翻屏以及光标移位指示,参数设定调整,口令录入等操作。 4.2.3 Operating Key

Opening/closing key can be operated locally under the setting or running state. ·Opening/closing operating key

Opening/closing operating key is applied to local control on the operable electric equipment, such as opening/closing control on the circuit breaker. The operation procedure includes two steps, preparatory command of operation and execution command of operation. The preparatory command of operation is activated by the first pressing, corresponding indicator light of opening/closing will flash and the device will be under the state of ―Preparatory Command of Operation‖. Then, the device will execute corresponding operation by pressing the same operating key for the second time (confirmation of execution command). Time interval between operations of preparatory command and execution command shall be within 0.5s – 5s; if it is less than 0.5s, the command can’t be confirmed; if it is more than 5s, preparatory command will stop automatically, and the confirmation of execution command will not be approved, thereby the operation procedure has to be restarted. ·Functional key of panel operation

Direction key (← → ↑↓), ―Confirm‖ key and ―Cancel‖ key are applied to operations such as rolling of LCD display and indication of cursor displacement, regulation of parameter setting, password input, etc.

4.2.4 保护投退拨动开关 用于设置保护功能的投入与退出,代替传统二次电路中的保护硬压板。当拨动开关在右侧位置(ON位置)时,表示此项保护功能投入,在左侧位置(OFF位置)时,表示此项保护功能退出。对于YZ201装置,当面板上的投退开关在退出位置时,用遥控方式还可实现远方保护投退控制,即―软压板‖功能。保护投退开关(硬压板)的状态,可通过 ―数据显示‖菜单下―6.开关输入‖子菜单显示页面中S1~S4的状态清楚地看到。保护投退开关(软压板)的状态,可通过―参数整定‖菜单下―3.定值整定‖子菜单显示页面中各保护项后面的投退压板状态清楚地看到。装置的各保护投退状态由―硬压板‖投退状态和―软压板‖投退状态―或‖的关系决定。

4.2.4 Toggle Switch of Protection On/Off

It is adopted for on and off of protection function, instead of the hard linking piece in the traditional secondary circuit. When the toggle switch is on the right (ON position), it shows that this protection function is on; while if the switch is on the left (OFF position), the protection function will be off. For YZ201 device, when the on/off switch on the panel is on the off position, the remote protection on/off also can be realized by remote control mode, which is ―soft linking piece‖ function. State of the protection on/off switch (hard linking piece) can be seen clearly under the state of S1-S4 on the display screen of submenu ―6. Switch input‖ on the menu ―data display‖. State of the protection on/off switch (soft linking piece) can be seen clearly through the states of on/off linking pieces behind various protective items on the display screen of submenu ―3. Fixed value setting‖ on the menu ―parameter setting‖; On/off state of various protections for the device is determined by the

on/off state of ―hard linking piece‖ and ―soft linking piece‖ ―or‖ relationship between the two.

4.2.4 设置/运行开关

设置/运行开关在右侧―运行‖位置时为运行状态,YZ201系列产品此时可由远方遥控断路器分合。

―设置/运行‖开关在左侧―设置‖位置时,装置将进入设置工作状态。当在本地或远方进行定值整定、系数整定、参数整定或进行输出测试时该开关必须拨至设置位置,才可将整定后的数据存于EEPROM中永久保存。在设置状态,要求必须输入口令才能进行整定和输出测试。

在设置状态,本装置要求必须输入口令才能进行整定和输出测试,口令为999999与当前的月、日、时相减得到,即用999999逐一减去XX月XX日XX时。也可使用通用高级口令:888888。

例如:当前时间为04月20日08时,则口令为957991。输入口令的方法为:用方向键←→移动小光标,用方向键↑↓加减数字。输入口令后,按下―确认‖键即进入修改状态。

在装置整定设置完成后―设置/运行‖开关应拨至运行位置,以防止参数被改动。 4.2.4 Setting/Running Switch

When the setting/running switch is on the right, ―running‖ position, the device is under running state; at this time, opening/closing of the YZ201 series product can be controlled with remote control circuit breaker.

When the setting/running switch is on the left, ―setting‖ position, the device is under setting state. This switch must be switched to ―setting‖ position during local or remote settings of fixed value, coefficient and parameter or output test, and the data after setting can be permanently saved in EEPROM. Under the setting state, setting and output test can only be carried out after the password is input.

Under the ―setting‖ state, password is required before setting and output test, and it is 999999, which is obtained by subtracting current month, day and hour, that is, 999999 subtracts xx month xx day xx hour one by one. Advanced password 888888 is also available.

For example, if the current time is 08am on April 20, the password will be 957991. Password input way is: moving the small cursor by direction key ←→; adding or subtracting figure by direction key ↑↓. After inputting the password, press the key of ―Confirm‖ will enter the modification state.

When the setting configuration of device has been finished, the switch ―setting/running‖ shall be pulled to the running position, so as to avoid the modification of parameter. 4.2.5 LCD液晶背光亮度调节孔

LCD液晶显示会随外界温度的变化而变化,致使LCD在一定的环境温度下可能无法清晰显示内容。此时,可通过调节LCD背光亮度使屏幕清晰可见。

调节方法:拨出LCD背光亮度调节孔橡胶塞,用十字小螺丝刀插入此孔,轻轻调节电位器旋钮,调至LCD对比度适中。

4.2.5 Regulating Hole of LCD Backlight Brightness

LCD will change according to external temperature; as a result, the LCD may be unable to clearly display at certain environmental temperature. At this time, clarity of the screen can be regulated by regulating the LCD backlight brightness.

Regulating method: draw out the plastic piston in the regulating hole of LCD backlight

brightness, and insert a small cross-screwdriver to regulate the potentiometer knob slightly until the LCD contrast is applicable. 4.3 Back Panel Arrangement

3 后面板布置

后面板有三个端子排(X1、X2、X3)。X1为电流、电压、4和电源输入端子,X2为三相电压输入和继电器输出端子,X3为开关量输入信号和通讯端子。

There are three terminal strips (X1, X2 and X3) on the back panel. X1 is current, voltage and power input terminal, X2 is 3-phase voltage input and relay output terminal, and X3 is input signal of switch quantity and communication terminal.

4.4 后面板端子简介

各端子排端子的名称和定义见附录一。

注意:X1端子保护电流互感器的输入输出端不要接反;X3端子上的12路开关量的输入默认为无源接点信号,如果用户要求设为有源,应在订货时特别注明。YZ201装置在X3端子有RS485通讯总线接口。另外,装置可通过RS485光纤转换器接口实现光纤介质通讯。装置通讯协议可对用户开放,以便在系统集成时可选用多家产品。

4.4 Introduction of Terminals on Bank Panel

See appendix I for names and definitions of terminals on each terminal strip.

Note: input and output terminals of protection current transformer on terminal X1 shall not be connected oppositely; default of input of the 12-way switch quantity is passive contact signal; if user requires active contact, it shall be specially noted during ordering. There is RS485 communication bus interface on terminal X3 of YZ201 device. Moreover, the fabric-optic media communication can be realized in device via RS485 fabric-optic converter. Communication protocol of the device may be published for customers in order to select more products of different producers during system integration. 5 菜单操作简介

5.1 一级菜单显示页面:

装置上电后显示―一次系统‖页面,按取消键后进入装置的一级菜单显示页

面。一级菜单在屏幕的左侧,可通过―↑↓‖上下键进行选择,所选的一级菜单项为反显,右侧显示当前选择的一级菜单中的二级菜单。按确认键或右键后进入该一级菜单的二级菜单选项,二级菜单中有手指的图样出现,所指项为当前所选择的二级菜单。此时按取消键则返回一级菜单,按―确认‖键则进入该二级菜单显示页面。

5.1 Display Screens of the Menus:

When the device is powered up, the page of ―primary system‖ will be displayed, and display screen of device menu will be entered after pressing the key of ―Cancel‖. The

menu is on the left of the screen and can be selected by the key ― ↑↓‖ ; the menu selected will be shown in the inverse state and on its right, the submenu is displayed. Press the key of ―confirm‖ or →, the submenu of this menu will be entered, and there will appear the sketch of a finger; the pointed term is the submenu selected. At this time, press the key ―cancel‖ to return to the menu and ―confirm‖ to enter the display screen of submenu.

5.2 Display Screens of Submenus: 5.2.1 Primary System

Route: Data Display / Primary System

This menu is the initial display screen of YZ201/301 Series integrated microcomputer protection device while powered up, and the display contents are: primary system diagram, voltage Ua and measuring value of current Ia. And the values of electricity quantity displayed in this menu are all primary ones. Instantaneous trip Definite time Over current Automatic switch On the right of primary system diagram for automatic switching unit of inlet wire, there is the symbol of ―ZT ···‖, showing that this unit doesn't enter the permitted state of inlet

automatic switching or the charging of spare automatic switching protection has not been finished yet; When the spare automatic protection has been charged and the automatic switching has permitted condition, the display will turn into ―ZT OK‖ automatically.

Under the primary system diagram, there are corresponding protective items of the hard linking piece from the left to the right and the on/off state of such protection.

5.2.2 Measuring Data

Route: Data Display / Measuring Data

Entering the display screen, switching over between primary value / secondary value could be realized by using the key of ―←→‖. Using the key of ―↑↓‖ could turn over the screen to look up the measuring data needed. And the measuring data is displayed in seven screens.

The first screen shows three-phase measuring current value (precision ≤ 0.5%). IaM refers to the measuring current value of A phase at present, IbM refers to the measuring current value of B phase at present, and IcM refers to the measuring current value of C phase at present. Secondary Value

The left side of the screen indicates that which record is showing on the current screen and what as shown in the following figure is the 27th record. The symbol ―*‖ shows that this microcomputer isn’t called up by the principal microcomputer. Figure on the right side of the first line on the screen indicates the position that a new event will be wrote at. As shown in the following figure, the next record will be at the position of the 28th item. The 27th event recorded shows inverse time protection action happens at 15: 35:11 pm on Nov. 7th. 5.2.6 Switch Input

IN01~IN12 represents 1~12 input quantity(ies). S1~S4 represents the on/off state of four hard linking pieces; S1, S2, S3 and S4 represents the on/off 1, on/off 2, on/off 3, on/off 4 of the hard linking piece respectively. Corresponding protecting unit of the four hard linking pieces are different; see appendix II for the condition in detail. SET is the setting/running state of linking piece; when SET is on, it means that the setting/running linking piece is under setting state, and when SET is off, it means that the setting/running linking piece is under running state. INOFF represents the disconnection detecting state of opening circuit; when it is on, it means that the opening circuit is normal, and when it is off, it means that the opening circuit is disconnected. INON represents the disconnection detecting state of closing circuit; when it is on, it means that the closing circuit is normal, and when it is off, it means that the closing circuit is disconnected. Due to differences of the analog channel, the measured value may deviate from the actual value, which could be adjusted through software in YZ201/301(multiply the measured value by a modulus) and do not need to adjust the hardware; there is 15 analog channels in total; you can turn to next screen to display with the (← → ↑ ↓) key.

For example: when channel modulus for channel Ua is 1.001 and external signal is 100.00V, the measured value displayed is 98.00V, the channel coefficient shall be adjusted to 1.021 so that the measured value is shown as 100.02, then the channel modulus should be adjusted to 100.02, reaching the purpose of software calibration. 5.2.11 Fixed Value Setting

On the screen of fixed value setting, scrolling down to display could be realized by ―↑↓‖, and turning to next page to display could be realized by ―←→‖.

Fixed value modification: The setting/running linking piece must be always under the ―setting‖ state (otherwise self-checking failure of fixed value may occur), and the state of fixed value setting could only be entered after inputting correct password. (Refer to method of password input in the parameter setting as a reference for inputting this password) modifying item currently selected flashes and it will be shown in inverse state after press the key ―confirm‖, and at this time, the data could be modified by the key ―←→↑↓‖. Press the key ―confirm‖ after data modification to confirm that the modified data is valid and to write it in EEPROM; if the key ―cancel‖ is pressed, the modified data is invalid, and the fixed value will recover to the value before modification.

On/off of soft linking piece: Under the state of fixed value setting, move the flashing cursor to the protective linking piece to be modified; press the key ―confirm‖, the flashing state will disappear and be shown in inverse state. At this time, the soft linking piece could be on/off by using the key ―←→↑↓‖. Press the key ―confirm‖ after data modification to confirm that the modified data is valid and is written into EEPROM.

Pull the setting/running linking piece to the running position after the setting.
