Content: A Let’s try & Let’s talk

Teaching aims: 1 Ss can listen, say, read and write the following sentences: How

was your weekend? It was … What did you do? I …, and can use them in real life.

2 Ss can ask and answer the following sentences: Did you do anything else? Yes, I cleaned my room and washed my clothes. 3 Ss can listen and understand “Let’s try” and do the exercises. 4 Ss can listen and understand “Let’s talk” and try to act it out.

Focus points: 1 Ss can listen, say and read the following sentences: How was your

weekend? It was … What did you do? I …, and can use them in real life.

2 Ss can ask and answer the following sentences: Did you do anything else? Yes, I cleaned my room and washed my clothes.

Difficult points: Ss can talk about last weekend by using the simple past tense. Teaching aids: pictures, tape-recorder Teaching procedures: Instructions: 1 Warm-up 歌曲歌谣导入,活跃课堂气氛, (1) Ss enjoy “Last weekend”. 并为接下来的教学作铺垫。 (2) Free talk T: What day is it today?
