Introduce Chinese food
China has five thousand years of eating culture.
There are eight styles of Chinese cuisines in our country. They are Anhui cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine, Shangdong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Zhejiang cuisine. Among them, Cantonese, Sichuan, Shangdong, Jiangsu cuisine are often considered as the standouts of Chinese cuisine. Most Sichuan dishes are spicy and hot. Hunan food is hot.
Guangdong food is a bit light and sweet. Shanghai food is oily.
