一． 概述Introduction

SXC-X8A6在线电脑脉冲控制仪是一款控制电磁脉冲阀按次序依次喷吹的袋式除尘器用控制器。其性能可靠，使用寿命长，金属密封外壳可适用多种工况环境。

SXC-X8A6 online pulse controller is used to control solenoid valve in turn for baghouse dust collector. It features reliable performance and long service life. The metal seal housing can be applicable to variety of working environment.

三． 操作指南Operation instruction

1． 显示说明Display help：

本机为三位数码管显示，运行状态时，数码管显示当前喷吹的回路；调整状态时，显示当前正在调整的参数值。 This controller is three digital tube display. When in running state, the digital tube shows the current cleaning channel;

2． 指示灯Indicator lamp： 指示灯Indicator lamp 脉宽Pulse duration 间隔Pulse interval 周期 电磁阀关闭后等待间隔 Solenoid valve closes, waiting for interval 一个循环喷吹结束后等待周期至下一循环开始One circular cleaning ends, waits to the next cycle 回路Channel -------- 正在调整此参数值Adjusting this parameter 电源Power supply 工作电压正常 Normal working voltage 工作电压正常 Normal working voltage 电磁阀打开 Solenoid valve opens 运行状态时亮 Lamp is on in running state 调整状态时亮 Lamp is on in adjusting state 正在调整此参数值 Adjusting this parameter 正在调整此参数值Adjusting this parameter 正在调整此参数值 Adjusting this parameter 3． 参数调整Parameter adjustment： 按键Button 复位 Reset 按键操作说明Instruction 运行状态时，使用此键回到第一回路重新喷吹；调整状态时回到“脉宽”参数调整状态。When in running state, press this button to re-start the cleaning from 1st channel; when in adjusting state, press this button to return to “pulse duration” parameter adjustment. 运行/调整 运行状态时按住此键2S以上松开时切换到参数调整Run/Adjust 状态；反之亦然。Press the button more than 2S and then undo the button in running state it will switch to parameter adjustment state; or vice versa. 设置 Set + 参数调整状态时切换需要调整设置的参数。 Set up the parameters in adjusting state 参数调整时，使当前参数每单位递加。 Increase the parameter value per unit - 参数调整时，使当前参数每单位递减。 Decrease the parameter value per unit 复吹 运行状态时，按住此键2S，使其只喷吹当前回路，RB(Repeated 暂停循环；再按住此键2S，切换回原运行循环中。 Blowing) Press the button for 2S in running state, it will clean only the current channel and pause; press the button again for 2S, it will switch to the original cycle. 四． 接线说明Wire diagram 端子名称Terminal name L 功能说明Function description AC220电源L接入端 L connection terminal of AC220V power supply N AC220电源N接入端 N connection terminal of AC220V power supply 〨 地线接入端 Connection terminal of ground wire COM 电磁脉冲阀公共输出端Common output termical of solenoid valve 1-20/40 电磁脉冲阀1-20/40回路信号输出端 Output terminal of 1-20/40 channel of solenoid valve YC GND
