摘要

本毕业设计是针对陕北某城区污水处理厂进行的CASS工艺设计。此次的污水处理量为30000m

/d,进水水质:COD :560mg/l,BOD:300mg/l,SS :400mg/l,

NH4-N: 60 mg/l,TP:4mg/l, pH: 6~9

根据进水水质、水量、出水要求和城市的实际情况,经综合比较分析,决定采用CASS工艺。整个工艺的曝气、沉淀、排水等过程在同一池子内周期循环运行,省去了常规活性污泥法的二沉池和污泥回流系统。通过选择适当的设计参数,对主要构筑物进行了设计,包括格栅、提升泵房、沉砂池、CASS池、混凝澄清池、纤维转盘滤池、接触消毒池、污泥浓缩池、污泥消化池等。同时,对该污水处理厂进行了平面布置和高程布置和其他附属建筑物尺寸的设计。

Abstract

CASS process is used for the treatment of sewage in A County Sewage Treatment Plant.The daily average treatment capacity of this plant is 30,000m3/d,and the influent water quality is:COD :560mg/l,BOD5:300mg/l,SS :400mg/l, NH4-N: 60 mg/l,TP:4mg/l, pH: 6~9。

According to the influent water quality,water quantity,effluent requirements and the actual situation of the city,CASS process is adopted through comprehensive comparative analysis.The aeration,sedimentation,drainage,and other processes are realized in the same tank within a period.Secondary sedimentation tank and sludge backflow system in traditional activated sludge method are not necessary any more.Suitable design parameters should be selected to design the main structures,including the grid,pumping station,grit chamber,CASS pool,contact Coagulation sedimentation basin,Fiber rotary filter, and disinfection tank,sludge thickening tank,Sludge digest.eretc.At the same time,the layout of this sewage treatment plant,and its elevations,as well as the dimensions of other auxiliary structures are designed.
