简介 Introduction

马利万斯电厂前、后、左、右墙水冷壁设置7层计98个短吹灰器,在屏过、末过、高再、尾部烟道装设有48个长吹灰器吹灰汽源为后屏过热器出口集箱蒸汽。吹灰采用程序控制。 There are 7 storey 98 short sootblowers installed at front, rear, left and right water wall of Mariveles Power Plant, platen SH, tail SH, HT SH, and tail flue gas duct are set with 48 long sootblowers, and soot blowing steam source is header steam at outlet of rear platen SH. sootblower uses program control.

空气预热器吹灰汽源设计有辅助蒸汽供汽汽源、后屏过热器出口集箱蒸汽;锅炉本体吹灰蒸汽汽源取自后屏过热器出口集箱蒸汽。后屏过热器出口集箱蒸汽在B-MCR 工况下蒸汽压力为17.88MPa,温度为465℃,辅助蒸汽压力0.8 ~1.2MPa,温度350℃;吹灰器所用的蒸汽经减压、减温后压力2.5MPa,温度398℃;系统设置有5个疏水站用于吹灰系统启动充压前的暖管,疏水时间一般在180~300S温度达到230℃以上自动关闭或手动关闭。

Air preheater soot blowing steam source is designed with auxiliary steam source and rear platen SH outlet hearder steam; boiler proper soot blowing steam source is from rear platen SH outlet hearder steam. pressure of rear platen SH outlet hearder steam is 17.88MPa in B-MCR condition, temperature of which is 465 ℃, auxiliary steam pressure 0.8 ~ 1.2MPa, temperature 350 ℃; steam used by sootblower, undergoing depressurization and desuperheating, its pressure is 2.5MPa, temperature dropped to 398 ℃; The system is set with 5 drainage stations for warming before startup and pressurization of soot blowing system, drainage time is generally 180 ~ 300S, and is automatically or manually closed when temperature reached more than 230 ℃. 锅炉设置有2支烟温探针

空预器吹灰器

Air preheater sootblowers

空预器吹灰也采用上海克莱德贝尔格曼机械有限公司生产的PS-SL长吹灰器,布置在空预器烟气侧冷端,设置2台。

吹灰器的连锁保护

当锅炉负荷大于30%BMCR时,吹灰汽源减压站打开供应空预器吹灰蒸汽; When boiler load is greater than 30% BMCR, sootblowing steam source depressurization station open to supply air pre-heater sootblowing steam;

当锅炉负荷小于30%BMCR时或启动阶段,辅助汽源阀门打开供应空预器吹灰蒸汽;

锅炉吹灰蒸汽低压开关设定值为1.47MPa;

锅炉本体吹灰系统的4只疏水阀启闭设定值为230℃;空预器吹灰系统疏水阀启闭设定值为280℃;

9.

长吹吹灰器启动30秒,如果左右侧流量低报警(设定值4t/h),吹灰器自动退回;

Long sootblower starts for 30 seconds, if low flow alarm sounds (setpoint is 4t / h) at left and right side, sootblower will automatically retract;

10. 当吹灰器吹扫压力大于0.7MPa时,吹灰器方可投运;

Only when purging pressure of sootblower is greater than 0.7MPa, sootblower can be put in service;

3. 就地检查看有汽源进入吹灰器,否则紧急退回。

Check whether steam source gets into sootblower at local, if only, retract immediately.

4. 监视运行吹灰器电流、吹灰时间等。

Monitor sootblower current in operation and soot blowing time

5. 吹灰器各阀门状态正常,无报警信号。

All valves status of sootblowers is normal, no alarm signal.

6. 就地检查吹灰器实际位置与画面位置相符。

Check that sootblower position at local and DCS are the same.

7. 停止吹灰器无内漏现象。

No passing when stopping sootblower.

8. 运行吹灰器无漏汽现象。

No steam leakage when running sootblower.

9. 所有系统管道无漏汽、漏水现象

No steam and water leakage in all system pipes.

If there is greater change in fuel type, boiler startup and shutdown load is less than

50%, soot blowing for air preheater should be strengthened.

B. 防止蒸汽带水:吹灰前按规定进行管道暖管疏水,疏水阀开关不到位应通知检修处理好

或就地采取措施后再执行吹灰程序;暖管、吹灰过程中若发生水冲击时,立即隔离系统。

Prevent steam carrying water: warm pipe and drain water before soot blowing, if drainage valve is not in right position, inform maintenance personnel to deal with it, or take measures at local and then implement soot blowing; while warming pipe and soot blowing, if water impact occur, isolate system immediately.

C. 无吹灰蒸汽时严禁投入吹灰器,以防烧坏吹灰器;若吹灰器在运行时本体进气阀打不开,

则应紧急退回该吹灰器,以免对设备造成损坏。

sootblowers are forbidden to put in service if there is no soot blowing steam to prevent burning sootblower; if sootblowers air intake valve can not be opened while running, then retract sootblowers immediately to avoid damage to equipment. D. 炉膛燃烧不稳、机组运行不稳时应暂停吹灰。

If furnace combustion and Unit running is instability, stop soot blowing.

7. Consideration for Soot Blowing

E. 吹灰器运行时,严禁打开运行吹灰器附近的检查门。

When sootblower is running, it is prohibited to manhole near operating sootblowers. F. 吹灰应视具体情况而定,忌少吹、不吹及过度吹灰。

As per specific cases, carry out soot blowing; avoid less soot blowing, no soot blowing, and excessive soot blowing.

G. 当锅炉在启停磨,大幅增减负荷时或系统发生故障时,应暂停吹灰。

When boiler start or stop mill, substantially increase or decrease load or system failure occur, stop soot blowing.

H. 结焦、积灰严重时应做好掉焦、掉灰等情况的事故预想,防止锅炉灭火,并通知灰控值

班员监视炉底出渣;炉底冷灰斗出现严重积渣、塔桥现象时,应及时设法处理;在未处理正常之前,应停止吹灰操作。

If coking and deposition is serious, accident anticipation for decoking and deposition removal should be well prepared to prevent boiler flameout, and notify operator on duty to monitor slag at furnace bottom; when cold ash hopper at furnace bottom got severe slag accumulation, we should deal with it timely; before it is in good condition, in untreated normal, soot blowing should be stopped I.

检查时若发现吹灰器退出时前半部分呈暗红色,则其通汽量不足,不可在继续投用,应从程序中剔出交检修处理。

While checking, if the front half of sootblower is dark red when retracting, it is lack of steam supply, and can’t continue to put into use and should be removed from program and require maintenance personnel to deal with it.

J. 吹灰器投运时,应特别注意主、再汽温度,主汽压力,引风机电流和炉膛负压变化;炉

膛、水平烟道吹灰时应暂停看火等可能伤及人身的工作,并将各看火孔关严。

When putting sootblowers into operation, we should pay special attention to MS and reheat steam, MS pressure, IDF current and furnace negative pressure changes; when soot blowing furnace, horizontal flue gas duct, flame observation and other work that will do harm to stuff safety should be stopped, tightly close flame observation port. K. 吹灰器运行时,锅炉发生MFT时,吹灰器应自动退出运行,吹灰系统自动停止,否则应

及时人为干预退出。

When sootblower is in operation and boiler MFT, sootblowers should automatically be out of service; soot blowing system automatically stops, or manually retract in time.

L. 吹灰时应到现场全部检查,当锅炉受热面振动大时,对于发生振动的部位,应停止吹灰

或调整吹灰蒸汽压力。

Check the entire site while soot blowing, when boiler heating surface vibrates greatly, stop soot blowing or adjust soot blowing steam pressure for vibrating parts.

M. 吹灰器运行中炉膛四管泄漏检测装置要投入运行,如发现停运吹灰器部位四管泄漏检测

装置报警要立即组织人员对吹灰系统进行全面检查是否有吹灰器弹簧阀关闭不严密,防止吹灰器吹损受热面。

Furnace four pipes leak detection devices should be put into operation when sootblower is running, if four pipes leak detection devices alarm, immediately organize personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection for soot blowing system, and check if sootblower spring valve is loose, to prevent damage on heating surface caused by sootblowers.

N. 吹灰过程中,应检查吹灰程序的执行情况,吹灰器的显示状态,进退时间及电流值;比

较各吹灰器投运时的进、退时间,由此可判断吹灰器是否有卡涩。

In soot blowing process, check the implementation of soot blowing program, and display status of sootblowers, inserting and retracting time and current; compare inserting and retracting time of all sootblowers in operation, by which we can determine whether sootblowers are clogged or not.

O. 对停运的吹灰器,每班应进行检查;吹灰器在停运状态时应完全退出炉外并且提升阀关

闭严密不应有泄漏,若发生泄漏及时切断蒸汽并通知检修处理。

Every shift should check sootblowers that are in outage state; sootblowers should completely retract while in outage state and lifting valve should be tightly closed without leakage, if any, cut off steam supply and inform maintenance personnel to deal with it.

P. 运行值班人员在遇到个别吹灰器因故需退到旁路时,应详细交接班备查。

Operator on duty should detail the log book for shift change over check if they found some blower need to retract to bypass due to fault.

Q. 当吹灰装置产生报警要立即就地检查吹灰器是否正常退出,若吹灰器卡无法退出时要立

即组织人员就地将吹灰器手动摇出,防止吹灰器吹损受热面和吹灰管烧坏,短时无法退出,则停止吹灰程序,只能降低吹灰压力。注:吹灰枪无法退出时,必须保持吹灰管内有蒸汽或空气进行冷却,否则吹灰枪将被烧弯变形,永久损坏。

When soot blowing device alarms, immediately check at local whether sootblower is retracted normally, if sootblower card can not be retracted, immediately organize personnel to swing out sootblower manually, to prevent damage of sootblowers on

heating surface and soot blowing pipe from burning, if fail to retract, then stop of soot blowing procedures can only reduce soot blowing pressure. Note: when fail to retract soot blowing gun, steam or air must be kept in soot blowing pipe for cooling, or else soot blowing gun will be burned and deformed and cause permanent damage. R. 手摇吹灰器及吹灰器不在原位进行机械维修时一定要切断动力源,以免电动机突然启动

伤人。

when carrying out mechanical maintenance in the case that hand sootblowers and sootblower are not in original position, power source must be cut off so as to avoid injury caused by sudden motor startup.

S. 吹灰器过载停在炉内时,到吹灰系统动力柜处,将热继电器复位,吹灰器会自动后退,

如果不能将吹灰器退回而再次发生过载,则需要停掉吹灰系统动力电源,到就地检查设备情况,然后用手柄摇动使吹灰器后退一段距离,再送上动力电源,将热继电器复位,吹灰器后退,直到吹灰器退回原位。

When sootblower remains in furnace due to overload, reset thermal relay at soot blowing system power cabinet, sootblowers will automatically retract, if you can not retract sootblowers and overload take places again, you need to stop soot blowing system power supply, and check the equipment at local, then use handle retract sootblower back for some distance, and connect power supply, then reset thermal relay, and retract sootblower until sootblower retracts to its original position.

8.

吹灰规定

A. 锅炉正常运行时程序吹灰的负荷规定如下:

Soot blowing load for boiler during normal operation is specified as follows: 1. 锅炉炉膛及受热面吹灰,应在机组负荷大于70%MCR以上时进行。

Soot blowing for furnace and heating surface should be carried out when unit load is more than 70% MCR. 2. 任何负荷下均可进行空预器吹灰。

Can carry out APH soot blowing at any load.

B. 当低于述负荷需要进行相应部位吹灰时,可在确认炉膛燃烧稳定的情况下手动点吹1 ~2

支吹灰器,如对锅炉运行影响不大再投程控吹灰。

When carrying out soot blowing for corresponding parts while load is lower than the required value, ignite 1 ~2 sootblower when it is confirmed that furnace is in stable

combustion, put programmed soot blowing in service again if there is less impact on boiler operation .

C. 空预器蒸汽吹灰器在锅炉点火后即需要投入,正常运行期间每班至少进行一次吹灰,锅

炉启动燃油期间应保持连续吹灰。当空预器进、出口烟、风差压比对应负荷下的差压高,或空预器积灰严重时要增加吹灰频率。

APH steam sootblowers should be put in service after boiler ignition, during normal operation, each shift should at least carry out soot blowing once; keep soot blowing when fuel is in use during boiler startup. c. 为检测准确,每隔7分钟后手控探针进行伸缩运行一次。

In order to detect accurately, every 7 min, manually controlled probe will insert and retract once.

d. 将探头最好停留在温度最高点,防止局部出现超温现象。

It is best to put probe at highest temperature point, to prevent local over-temperature.

任何时候,手操运行前务必先切断电源。

At any time, power must be cut off before manual operation. 2.

探针伸入炉内后不得切断控制箱及温度测量控制系统的电源,一旦达到极限温度后,探针不能退回而烧坏。

Do not cut off power control box and temperature measurement and control system after inserting probe into furnace, once reaching limit temperature, probe can not be retracted and burned.

3. 锅炉启动前必须就地进行检查和维护,并进行试车良好。
