对目前企业会计管理中存在的问题及有效措施

摘要：在世界经济一体化的背景下，我国企业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战，企业要想生存并发展壮大，就必须适应国内外各种环境的变化。以我国企业财务管理的现状为视角，分析探究其中存在的一些典型问题，并提出相应的改进有效措施，以提高财务管理水平，促进企业的管理，使其在激烈的竞争环境中能够稳步前进。

随着我国经济的发展，我国企业有了广阔的前景，但同时也面临着激烈的市场竞争。企业要想稳固发展，必须适应市场环境的各种变化，增强经营能力，实现价值最大化。单从财务管理的角度来讲，财务的预测、决策，资金的筹集、运用与分配，经济活动的评价与考核等一系列活动，同样需要适应当前复杂的经济形势。财务管理的好坏，直接影响其竞争力和发展潜力。

一、企业会计管理体制中存在的问题

1．企业负责人缺乏会计管理意识。

很多企业的负责人缺乏会计知识，对会计法规重视不够，只知道花费精力来开拓市场，协调各种外部关系，研发产品等等。甚至当企业会计工作已经出现问题时，有些企业负责人依然绞尽脑汁寻求外部的解决途径，根本意识不到是企业内部的会计管理体制出现了问题。因此必然导致企业的会计工作缺乏有效的内部管理。

2.企业对会计主管人员缺乏必要的监督。
