老年男性睾酮水平与代谢综合征的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨老年男性血清睾酮水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法:收集133例60~89岁男性病例,分成MS组72例和NMS组61例,分别测定患者的血清睾酮、雌二醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素,并以稳态模式评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)评价患者的胰岛素敏感性。比较两组的睾酮、雌二醇/睾酮,分析血清中睾酮与代谢综合征的相关性。结果: MS组睾酮水平显著降低,而雌二醇/睾酮明显增高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P 【关键词】 代谢综合征; 睾酮; 老年男性

代谢综合征(MS),亦称胰岛素抵抗综合征,它主要包括一系列临床代谢障碍,包括血糖升高或胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、脂质异常、高血压。在全球范围内,代谢综合征的发病率正在显著增高,其后果是导致心血管疾病和2-型糖尿病发病率和死亡率的增高。目前大量研究发现,老年男性性激素主要是血清睾酮(T)水平下降与代谢综合征(MS)发生发展密切相关[1-2]。本研究通过分析测定老年男性血清睾酮水平与MS中各组成成分指标,探讨老年男性血清睾酮水平与MS的相关性。
