【考点梳理】

中考对状语从句的考查一般都会和从属连词相结合，重点是在状语从句中考查从属连词的运用和辨析。考生对此部分的学习与第24讲中的连词相结合。

初中阶段常见状语从句用法见下表： 时间 状语 从句 before，after， since，until， as soon as I didn't go to bed until she came back. I'll come to see you as soon as I arrive there. 条件 状语 从句 unless They will have a picnic unless it rains next Sunday. 原因 状语 从句 as，for We should study hard since we are students. 目的 状语 when/while/as， She was cooking when someone knocked at the door. if，as long as， I'll go to see you if I have time. because，since， He didn't catch the first bus because he got up too late.

从句 结果 状语 从句 so...that， such...that It is such a heavy box that nobody can move it away. 让步 状语 从句 even if，whenever， whatever 比较 状语 从句 He ran as fast as Mike. 地点 状语 从句 so that，in order that so that， It's so hot that we want to go swimming. though/although， Though he looks thin，he is healthy. than，as…as，not as/so…as where，wherever Please say it in a loud voice so that everyone can hear it. ①在条件和时间状语从句中应用一般现在时态表示将来。 ②though与but；because与so不能同时用在同一个句子中。

③while引导时间状语从句时，从句中的谓语动词必须是延续性动词。 ④too…to与so…that与enough to do sth.之间可互换。 ⑤if条件状语从句可与“祈使句＋and/or”互换。如：

If we don't hurry，we'll miss the train.如果我们不快点的话，我们将错过火车。 ＝Hurry up，or we'll miss the train.快点，否则我们将错过火车。
