设计总说明

该课题是根据实习收集南川园4#住宅楼的资料选定的。要求编制出一套施工组织设计文件，为建筑工程施工活动提供可参考的技术、经济及组织方案。

本课题主要研究如何编制施工组织设计，包括了解工程概况、建设目标；施工准备工作包含的内容；施工组织机构的设置及施工队伍的安排；主要分项工程施工方案设计；施工总进度计划；进度、质量、安全、环境保护、文明施工的保证措施；及施工总平面布置图等。另一方面，尽可能做到与工程实际相结合，真正发挥施工组织设计的指导作用。

该施工组织设计参考南川园4#住宅楼的设计图纸、技术要求等，严格遵守国家和地区有关的施工规范、标准、条例等，借鉴以往相似的工程实例进行编制。我们编制单位工程施工组织设计本着按科学规律组织施工，建立正常的施工程序，有计划地开展各项施工过程，合理安排劳动力、机械器具及各项资源，协调好相互之间的关系。工程施工组织与管理、工程项目管理，土木工程施工等课程中介绍的施工方法、措施等为施工组织设计的编制提供了良好的理论基础。

与此同时，通过在施工现场的实地参观学习，增加了实践认识，运用理论知识结合实际分析具体问题，使编写的施工组织设计能够达到指导工程实践的目的。另外，运用AutoCAD制图软件绘制工程图纸，更直观的表现工程实际情况。
