摘 要

行星轮系是指只具有一个自由度的轮系。一个原动件即可确定执行件(行星齿轮)的运动,原动件通常为中心轮或系杆;即与行星齿轮直接接触的中心轮或系杆作为原动件带动行星齿轮,一方面绕着行星轮自身轴线O1-O1自转,另一方面又随着构件H(即系杆)绕一固定轴线O-O(中心轮轴线)回转。

行星轮系和差动轮系统称为周转轮系(一个周转轮系由三类构件组成1.一个系杆。2.一个或几个行星轮。3.一个或几个与行星轮相啮合的中心轮。)。

行星轮系中,两个中心轮有一个固定;差动轮系中,两个中心轮都可以动(即F=2)。

其特点是具有结构紧凑、体积小、质量小、承载能力大、传递功率范围及传动范围大、运行噪声小、效率高及寿命长等优点。主要运用在国防、冶金、起重运输、矿山、化工、轻纺、建筑工业等部门的机械设备中。

本文主要内容是基于NGW型行星减速器中,齿轮间接触时产生的受力情况,并用Proe进行三维建模,然后在Ansys workbench 中进行应力分析,最后观察受力云图,找出最大应力部位,并且根据解算数据与材料的疲劳强度相对比,从而达到验算校核的目的。

本文还简单的介绍了在NGW型减速器中,几个基本要素的简略设计过程,讲述了齿轮的大小,模数,材料的确定,还有轴的大小,轴承的选取以及键的选取。包括底盘,箱体等设计过程。

最后为验证设计的合理与否,在电脑上完成了对该减速器的装配等任务,确定了该减速器能否顺利完成,是否存在严重的设计缺陷等问题。

以上包括了一个NGW型减速器的基本设计思路和过程,其中仍存在

细节缺陷,仅为同类产品提供一个简单的参考作用,也为NGW型减速器的设计提供了一个基础。

Abstract

Planetary gear train refers to having only one degree of freedom gear train. Adriver can determine the actuator (planetary) movement, driver is usually the center wheel or tied; that is in direct contact with the planet gear center wheel ortied as a driving member drives the planetary gear, a planetary wheel itselfaround the axis of rotation of the O1-O1, on the other hand, along with the component H (or tied) rotation about a fixed axis (O-O axis rotary center wheel).

Planetary gear train and a differential gear system called epicyclic gear trains (anepicyclic gear train is composed of three types of component 1 a tie. The 2 one or several planetary wheel. Center wheel 3 or a few and the planetary wheel meshed.).

Planetary gear train, two center wheel has a fixed; differential gear train, the twocenter wheel can be moved (i.e. F=2).

It has the features of compact structure, small volume, small mass, large bearing capacity, high, range of power and transmission range transfer operation low noise, high efficiency and long service life etc.. Mainly used in machinery,metallurgy, national defense, mine hoisting and transportation, chemical, textile,building industry and other departments of the.

The main content of this paper is based on the NGW type planetary gear reducer, the force generating gear contact, and 3D modeling with Proe, then thestress analysis in Ansys workbench, the stress nephogram observation, find the maximum stress position, and according to the solution arithmetic according tofatigue strength and material contrast, in order to achieve the purpose ofchecking check.

This paper also introduces the NGW type reducer, simple design process of a few basic elements, tells the story of the gear size, modulus, determination of the material, and the size of shaft, bearing selection and key selection. Includes a chassis, body design process.

Finally, to verify the rationality of the design, completed in the computer of the reducer assembly task, the speed reducer can be successfuly completed, the existence of serious design problem.
