船舶自动识别系统( AIS系统)作为一种新兴的海事管理技术,在当今的海事管理中发挥越来越大的作用。本文论述了一个基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式的AIS航标管理系统的结构和功能,详细阐述了各个功能模块的实现过程。随后,本文介绍了AIS系统在船舶航行管理中的众多作用,有助于提高人们对AIS在海事管理中应用的认识。

***航标局AIS航标管理系统是一个取代过去由人工查询的查询系统,主要是实现AIS船舶自动化、信息化的调度和管理。通过该软件来管理航标作业,可以通过互联网或短信查询航标情况,能够增强船舶间避免碰撞的措施,能查看所有船舶可视化的航向、航线、船名等信息。本文主要讲述了Web端的网站、GIS服务器的电子海图、后台数据库。

Web服务器,主要负责有线用户的身份认证。对合法用户提出的合法查询请求,Web服务器代理有线用户从数据库中获取相关数据,并返回给相应的用户。同时,Web端与GIS交互,GIS服务器,负责提供系统所需的海图信息,并对相关的地理信息运算提供支撑。数据库服务器,是整个系统的数据中心。

本文论述的AIS系统是数字时代的产物,是以信息技术为先导,以多门类高科技为支柱的新型航海设备和系统。它和导航雷达相结合,将船舶航海管理推进到一个广域、 自主、 智能的阶段,大大提高了船舶航行的安全和海上交通管理的效能,对船舶的安全航行、提高航运效率、降低营运成本、促进科学管理起到了前所未有的作用。

Automatic Identification System (AIS) as a new maritime administration, playing an increasing role in the maritime administration in today. This paper introduces the structure and function of AIS shipping navigation management system which is based on browser/server (B/S) mode.Introducing the implementation process of the various functional modules in detail. Subsequently, the paper introduces shipping function of automatic identification system in the maritime traffic administration efficiency, helping raise awareness of AIS in maritime administration on the application of knowledge.

AIS Shipping Navigation Management System of *****’s Lighthouse Board is a query system that replace the past by a manual check system, mainly to achieve AIS automation, control and management of information technology. We can manage operations with the software, we can aids to navigation through the Internet or SMS(Short Messaging Service) query conditions, and can enhance measures to avoid collision between the ship and ship. Meanwhile, We can see all the ship's course visualization, route, name of vessel and other information. The thesis tells of the Web side of the site, the electronic chart of GIS server, the Database.

Web server is responsible for the user authentication. Legitimate user puts forward the legitimate queries, Web server proxy wired users access to relevant data from the database, and returns to the appropriate users. At the same time, Web-side interaction with GIS, GIS server is responsible for providing system information needed to chart, and providing operational support for the related geographic information. Database server is data centers of the whole system.

This paper discusses the AIS system is a product of the digital age is based on information technology as the guide to more than Tech as the pillar of the new category navigation equipment and systems. And navigation radar with its combination of management to push the ship sailing to a wide area, independent, intelligent stage, greatly improves the safety of navigation and marine traffic administration efficiency, the ship's safe navigation and improve shipping efficiency, reduce operating costs to promote scientific management played an unprecedented role.
