立式组合机床动力滑台液压系统设计

【摘要】本论文主要阐述了组合机床动力滑台液压系统,能实现的工作循环是:快速前进→工作进给→快速退回→原位停止,本设计主要是为机床设计的液压传动系统。液压系统应用在机床中,可以实现机床的自动进给,刀具的自动转换等。而且可以使机床的运动更平衡,加工精度更高,效率更高,从而实现机床的自动化。为了达到以上效果,我们做了这个设计。本设计的主要涉及的内容有机床负载的分析,运动特性的分析,液压系统图的设计,液压元件的选择,液压缸的设计等。

本液压系统的设计,除了满足主机在动作和性能方面规定的要求外,还必须符合体积小、重量轻、成本低、效率高、结构简单、工作可靠、使用和维修方便等一些公认的普遍设计原则。液压系统的设计主要是根据已知的条件,来确定液压工作方案、液压流量、压力和液压泵及其它元件的设计。

综上所述,完成整个设计过程需要进行一系列艰巨的工作。设计者首先应树立正确的设计思想,努力掌握先进的科学技术知识和科学的辩证的思想方法。同时,还要坚持理论联系实际,并在实践中不断总结和积累设计经验,向有关领域的科技工作者和从事生产实践的工作者学习,不断发展和创新,才能较好地完成机械设计任务。

Abstract:This thesis describes a combination of machine power sliding hydraulic system,to achieve the duty cycle is:Fast Forward→Work→quickly returned→situ to stop this are primarily designed for the hydraulic drive system of the machine design.The hydraulic systems used in machine tools,machine tools can achieve automatic feed, automatic tool conversion.The movement of the machine and can make a more balanced, more accurate processing,more efficient, enabling the automation of machine tools.In order to achieve the above results,we have to do this design.The design involved the analysis of machine load,the motion characteristics of the analysis,the design of the hydraulic system diagram,the choice of hydraulic components,hydraulic cylinder design. The design of the hydraulic system, in addition to satisfying the requirements of the host in action and performance, but also must meet the small size,light weight,low cost,high efficiency,simple structure,reliable operation,convenient use and maintenance of accepted universal designprinciples.The hydraulic system design is based on the known conditions,to determine the hydraulic program of work,the design of hydraulic flow, pressure and hydraulic pumps and other components.

In summary, the entire design process requires a series of arduous work. Designers should first establish the correct design ideas, and efforts to master the advanced science and technology knowledge and scientific dialectical's way of thinking. Is also necessary to integrate theory with practice, and in practice, constantly sum up and accumulated experience in the design, to learn from related fields of science and technology workers and workers engaged in production practices, continuous development and innovation, in order to complete the mechanical design tasks.
