Abstract

Duetoitsadvantagesofsimplestructure,hightransmissionefficiency,lowcost,goodmanufacturingsuccession,etc.,AutomatedMechanicalTransmission(AMT)holdsan

importantplaceintheautomatictransmissionfamily,Vehiclescanautomaticallygearshiftwiththehelpofautomatictransmission,whichCanreducedrivingfatigue,improvevehicle

dynamicquality,fueleconomyandreducingemissionalso.AutomaticmechanicaltransmissionAMT)isatypeofhighandnewtechnologyproductsthatadeptstothesituationofChinanowadays.Andithasawidedevelopmentprospects.

AutomatedMechanicalTransmission(AMT)isrebuildedwiththetraditionaldryclutchandmanual

geartransmission,Themajorchangeisthemanipulationofthemanualtransmission,whichisthatusingtheelectroniccontroltoachieveautomatictransmissionwithoutchanginginMT.TheinputsignalofthecontroltraitofAMT(ECU)aretheideasofdriver(thelocationofacceleratorpedalandthechooseofshift)andtheworkingstateofvehicle(includingtherotatespeedofengine,thestateofthrottle,thespeedofvehicleandSOon).ECUgeneratedoutputsignalwiththeshiftschedule,controlscheduleofclutch,Adaptiveadjustmentoftheenginethrottle,ThecontrolprocesssimulatebasicallyintheworkingofThrottle,theclutchandshiftinthestartandshift,whichiscooperatedwell.。

AboutthevehicleoftheAMT,theshiftscheduleisthecoreofthecontrolsystemwhicheffecttheoptimal-powerandfuel-economydirectly.Intheusing,bythecontrastofcollectedrunningstate

andtheshiftschedule,theCarCangotwhetherthespeedreachthebestshiftspeed,andshiftbyitself.SoitCanrelaxthedriver,improvethesafety,andgotgoodoptimal-power

andfuel??economy.

Vehicleusuallyrunsunderthenon—stableconditionsofaccelerationordeceleration,therefore,togetsatisfactory3-parametersshiftschedule,amatchbetweenengineandtransmissionmustbetakenintoaccountandaprecisedescriptionforenginedynamictorqueandfuelconsumptioncharacteristicsisrequired.Inthispaper,enginestabletestdataofSantana2000tsedanwererevisedandfittedtobuilddynamictorqueandfuelconsumptionmodels.

Byanalyzingautodynamics,fueleconomyandenginecharacteristics,buildingvehiclerunningequationandfuelconsumptionequation,themethodsforestablishingoptimizedpower

andoptimizedfueleconomyshiftschedulearebothprimarystudied.Thedynamicthree?parameter-controlledoptimizedpowershiftscheduleisdesignedonthebasisoftestdata,adoptingimprovedanalyticalmethods,consideringtheeffectofroadgrade.Inviewoftheeffectofvehiclemasstoshiftschedule,areadjustmentplanisproposedandappliedto
