撰写毕业论文是远程教育教学计划中必不可少的一个环节，是对学生学业水平和研究能力的一次综合性考核，也是在学期间，运用所学基本理论、基本知识、基本技能分析问题、解决问题，进行理论与实际相结合的最后一次重要的训练和培养。

毕业论文（设计）在教学计划中作为独立的一门课程设置。本科学生按教学计划要求通过课程考试，取得相应学分，才能进行论文（设计）写作。为组织好毕业论文（设计）写作工作，规范毕业论文的写作程序和要求，确保毕业论文（设计）的顺利完成，特制定本细则： 一、撰写论文的基本要求

1、毕业论文的撰写是一项创造性劳动，每位学生必须严肃认真对待毕业论文的写作。学生在撰写论文的全过程中，应遵从教师的指导，充分发挥主观能动性，在规定的时间内独立完成能反映本人最高水平的论文。不允许抄袭他人的研究成果，严禁网上文章剪帖拼凑，更不允许由别人代作。发现类似的情节，论文均为不合格，不能毕业。

2、论文应准确体现党的方针政策，综合运用所学理论知识，密切联系实际，理论观点正确；力求有作者自己的创见和观点，论点明确，论据充分；中心突出，层次分明，论述清楚，结构严谨，文字流畅。

3、完整的毕业论文应包括论文封面、论文评定表、摘要、目录、正文、参考文献、附录、致谢等部分组成并按前后顺序排列。（见附件二）

1）封面：按要求填写所有内容，其中学习中心编号为学号第4至第6位。

2）摘要：论文摘要的字数一般为300字左右。摘要是对论文的内容不加注释和评论的简短陈述，是文章内容的高度概括。主要内容包括：该项研究工作的内容、目的及其重要性；所使用的方法；总结研究成果，突出作者的新见解；研究结论及其意义。摘要中不列举例证，不描述研究过程，不做自我评价。

学生根据选题搜集资料，起草论文提纲在“起草提纲”栏中提交提纲。论文提纲应列入文章的纲、目、结构、层次等基本要素。写明论文的中心、重点、主要观点、结论等。 论文选题及提纲提交截止时间为8月28日24时。如未按时选题及提交论文提纲，则视为放弃本次毕业论文（设计）写作。系统将自动转入下一批次论文写作中。 2、查看指导教师 2011年9月2日以后

学生在此时间后可查询本次毕业论文（设计）的指导教师，通过点击教师姓名可查询指导教师的相关信息及联系方式。 3、查询提纲评语

2011年9月5日～9月9日（提纲评语）

学生可于9月5日后，上网在“查看提纲评语”查看指导教师给出的提纲一稿意见。若提纲通过，学生可开始写作初稿；若没有通过，学生则应根据指导教师的意见修改提纲，并于9月9日24时前再次提交修改提纲。

2011年9月10日～9月14日（提纲二稿评语）

指导教师对修改提纲的最后一次评语将于9月14日前给出，提纲仍未通过的学生只能在下一批次写作时重新选题，开始论文写作。 4、初稿提交

2011年9月15日～9月25日

学生按照论文提纲进行论文初稿写作，写作后以WORD文件保存。在“系统导航”→“论文写作”→“提交初稿”中以附件形式上传论文初稿。论文初稿提交的截止时间为9月25日24时，学生必须在截止时间之前提交初稿，如未按时提交论文初稿，则视为放弃本次毕业论文（设计）写作。系统将自动转入下一批次论文写作中。 2011年9月26日～9月30日

学生可于9月26日后，上网在“查看初稿评语”查看指导教师给出的初稿一稿意见。若初稿通过，学生可开始写作终稿；若没有通过，学生则应根据指导教师的意见修改初稿，并于10月15再次提交修改初稿。 5、初稿评语查询

2011年9月26日～10月20日

学生可于9月26日后上网查询指导教师给出的论文初稿评语。如指导教师认为无需再做修改，则在终稿提交开始后，将该稿按终稿的格式要求在网上作为终稿提交。如指导教师认为仍需再做修改，则学生应及时修改，在提交修改稿截止时间10月15日24时前上传修改稿，指导教师将在10月20日前给出修改稿的指导意见。学生可以根据教师对修改稿的评语进行论文的修改。 6、写作终稿、提交

2011年10月21日～10月31日

学生根据指导教师对初稿一次或二次修改意见，对论文进行充实、完善，最后形成终稿。终稿必须按论文写作的格式要求完成，以WORD文件保存直接上网在“系统导航”→“论文写作”→“终稿提交”栏目中提交。论文终稿提交的截止时间2011年10月31日24时。论文终稿提交截止后，系统将自动关闭，未按时提交的学生将自动转入下一批次，重新开始论文写作。
