摘 要

施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。

本设计是天津市滨海区洞庭路项目一期一标段小区的施工组织设计。以4栋高层建筑的建筑施工图、结构施工图为依据，从工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、主要分项工程施工方案、施工进度计划安排、施工现场平面布置及主要保证措施等几个方面阐述了基础施工过程和施工控制要点，并配有相关图表。文中重点突出了基础工程中主要分项工程施工方法，内容清晰，层次合理、表达准确，起到了指导施工的作用。

施工内容主要包括地基与桩基础工程、主体框架工程、屋面工程、建筑装饰装修工程、建筑给水排水、建筑水卫电气工程。其主体工程分层分段进行流水施工；装饰装修工程的原则是先上后下，避免交叉污染,为缩短工期,内外装修同时进行；水暖、电气各专业预留预埋工作随主体完成，其中电气及部分安装分包出去。

Abstract

Construction construction design is heart and soul of the organization, is the whole process of construction projects and specific arrangements envisaged in the concept to guide the activities of the whole process of construction projects the technical, economic and organizational comprehensive document.

This design is Dongting Road, Tianjin Binhai District Project Area for a bid of the construction design. To four high-rise building construction drawing, structural basis for the construction photo shows, from the project overview, construction deployment, construction preparation, the main sub-project implementation plan, construction schedule arrangements, construction site layout and the main aspects to ensure that measures describes the foundation construction process and control points, and with a relevant chart. The paper highlights the main sub-foundation engineering construction methods, clarity, level of reasonable, accurate expression, played a guiding role in the construction.

Mainly including the foundation and construction of pile foundation engineering, the main framework of the project, roofing, architectural renovation works, building water supply and drainage, construction of water health in electrical engineering. The water main project for construction of sub-layer; decoration works on the principle that the first following, to avoid cross contamination, in order to shorten the construction period, internal and external decoration at the same time; plumbing, electrical work with the professional body embedded reserved completed, and part of the installation of electrical subcontract.
