检验出得不和各项进行不合格品评审，评审判断不合格的产品，将通知外协厂家反检；反检后的产品经重新检验合格后入库并开具合格证。

对于发生批量产品不合格的厂家，对外协厂家进行工艺等检查，并提出控制要求，帮助外协厂家提高产品质量。同时，对于多次发生质量问题且整改不力的外协厂家，将根据制度进行处罚。

4、加强合格供方管理

公司要加强原材料供方管理，将主要原材料供方纳入公司“合格供方名单”强化管理；定期进行考核并制定相应的奖惩措施。

（四）保持产品质量，持续做好重点工作 公司应做好以下几方面的工作： 1、现场7S管理

公司需要进一步加强生产作业现场的7S管理，使生产管理进一步标准化，规范化，为实现更多顾客满意产品提供良好的生产制造环境。

需要对所有产品焊接、点胶等特殊过程确认。车间应以此为契机，严格执行工艺文件，努力提高产品质量。

4、做好产品异常分类统计工作，提高产品质量
