物业管理法律机制的完善

摘要

随着经济不断发展,社会不断进步,人们生活周边社区越来越多,在小区和社区产生的同时,人们对社区内的服务和保障也随之有了需求,此处要说的便是论物业管理法律机制如何做才能够进一步的完善。

有了需求,才会有供应,在这之中一个体系便慢慢的形成,它便是物业。近年来,随着我国房地产事业的进一步发展,物业管理便越发受到大家的重视,而随着时间的推移,物业管理方面所暴漏出来的各种问题也越来越受到人们的关注。

据有关调查统计,物业管理纠纷正呈现逐年上升趋势,业主对物业管理的不满意率占被调查者的30%以上。业主与物业管理企业之间的矛盾大多因物业管理费而引起。

Abstract

Along with the economic development, social progress, people's living surrounding communities more and more, in residential and community at the same time, the people of community service and the safeguard also will have a demand, how to say here is theory of realty management legal system can further improve.

Supply with demand, just can have, among which the formation of a system is slowly, it is property. In recent years, with the further development of China's real estate development, property management is increasingly brought to the attention of the people, and with the passage of time, the property management are exposed out of legal issues is also more and more get the attention of people.

According to the investigation statistics, property management disputes present the rising trend year by year, the owners of property management disapproval rating accounted for over 30% of the respondents. The contradiction between the owner and property management enterprises are mostly caused by property management fee.
