It is true that nowadays people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health. In my opinion, the best way to stay healthy is to combine proper physical exercise with a balanced diet. The reasons can be listed as follows.

For one thing, physical exercise can not only do good to our bodies, but also help to burn unwanted fat which has been medically proved to be a cause of various diseases, some of which are even fatal.

For another, a balanced diet can provide a person with the right kind and amount of nutrition required for body functioning. It is widely acknowledged that the body needs various nutrients. To conclude, only by taking a balanced diet and doing moderate physical exercise can we keep fit.

Nowadays , some people believe that we may have more leisure time the year 2050. However, I don’t see eye to eye with the opinion.
