养生的宗旨最重要的就是维护生命的阴阳平衡，阴阳平衡是生命的根本，阴阳要是平衡，那么我们人体就能够健康，如果阴阳失衡，那么就会患病，就会早衰，甚至于死亡。

太极图中间用的S线，这个S线就表明我们阴阳的平衡是一种动态的平衡，是一种处在阴阳消长转化当中的平衡，这叫动态的平衡。那么这种平衡，表现在大自然就是阴阳气化的平衡，表现在人体，就是阳气和阴精的平衡。如果阴阳能够平衡，那么这个人一定是气血充足，精力充沛，五脏安康，气色就非常的好。 四、学法指导：

(1) 1.be stressed out紧张的，有压力的; stressed是由动词stress在词尾加-ed构成的形容词，用来反映人或动物的心理状态，

(2) Drink some water 这是一个肯定的祈使句。以动词原形开头，表示请求或命令。有时可在动词原形前加please。其否定形式常在动词原形前加don’t.如： 请听音乐.Please listen to music. 不要听音乐_________listen to music.

(3)Traditional Chinese doctors believe we need a balance of yin and yang to be healthy.

to be healthy 是动词不定式，在句中作目的状语。

该句型的结构为：It’s+adj.+(for sb) to do sth .动词不定式在句中作真正的主语,it作形式主语。在这个句型中，形容词常是描述事物的，如difficult, easy, hard, important, dangerous, (im)possible等。

如：It’s difficult for a child ________ _________ the work.对于一个孩子来说，要完成这项工作很难。

It’s important for us ________ _________ (learn) English well. It’s dangerous ________ _________(play) football in the street. *It is + adj. + of sb. to do sth.

①在这个句型中，形容词多是描述人物的性格、品质的，如kind，good，nice，clever，careless，polite，foolish 等。如：

It is very nice of you to lend an umbrella to me.你把雨伞借给我,你真是太好了。 ②该句型常可以转换为不定式作状语的句子。如：

It’s very nice of you to offer me a seat. = You are nice to offer me a seat. 你给我让座，太好了。
