The purpose of the GFB is to release the 1st batch of CAF Ecosport & Kuga genuine accessories and activity of displaying Ecosport key accessories

本公告旨在发布长安福特首批翼搏&翼虎纯正附件上市及翼搏重要附件展示活动

Background 背景

In order to meet customer demands on genuine accessories, CAF developed 5 kinds of accessories for Ecosport and 1 for Kuga, which is proposed to launch on the 17th February, 2014

为满足客户对纯正附件的需求，长安福特开发了5款翼搏纯正附件和1款翼虎纯正附件，计划于2014年2月17日上市

To facilitate customer to have first-hand experience on genuine accessories, and better support on accessory sales at the same time, CAF plan to launch an activity of displaying key accessories on dealer site 为了便于客户亲身体验福特纯正附件，更好地支持附件销售，长安福特计划开展翼搏重要附件展示活动

Contents 内容

Products & Pricing 产品及定价

Considering ‘LED scuff plate’ and ‘cross bar’ need to be fitted by manual operation, CAF set a nationally unified labor cost for operation, and suggest dealers to charge from customers

鉴于“LED迎宾踏板”和“车顶支架横杆”需要安装，长安福特制定了全国统一的安装工时费各100元，建议经销商伙伴向客户收取

Activity of Displaying Ecosport Key Accessories 翼搏重要附件展示活动

Activity Time 活动时间：17th Feb. to 31st Dec., 2014 2014年2月17日至12月31日

Requirement活动要求：

1. To release the 1st batch of genuine accessories and launch the Activity of Displaying Ecosport

Key Accessories

宣布首批纯正附件上市和翼搏重要附件展示活动

2. Dealers should purchase at least one set of accessories (see the table below) following normal

parts purchasing process, and fit them on the new car of Ecosport in show room

经销商伙伴按正常的零件采购流程定购以下附件各一套，并将其安装到展厅中的翼搏展厅新车上

3. Dealers should download and print the leaflets of genuine accessory on the website at

4. Before 21st March 2014, dealers should email picture of Ecosport fitted with new accessories

and printed leaflet to the contactor in each region, please see attached template for details:

送到各大区联络人电子邮箱，反馈模板请见附件一：

5. CAF will pay allowance to dealers for displaying key accessories, and New Business

Development Team will be responsible for tracking and evaluating this activity

长安福特客户服务部将对翼搏重要附件展示活动进行补贴，新业务团队将跟踪收集与评估活动效果

6. CAF will pay allowance to dealers on the basis of receiving the pictures mentioned above. If

dealers failed to provide them on time, the allowance would not be paid

安装有上述两项附件的翼搏展车照片及印刷的宣传单页照片，将作为经销商获得活动补贴的依据，

如经销商未按时提供，经销商活动补贴将不予发放

7. The key accessories should be displayed on new vehicle of Ecosport in show room in 2014

要求将上述两项附件安装在展厅翼搏新车上2014全年进行展示

Payment Method费用结算：

1.CAF and dealers will bear 50% of each accessory dealer price respectively, furthermore, CAF will

bear the labor cost of fitting accessory

长安福特和经销商伙伴将各自承担纯正附件经销商价格的50%，安装工时费由长安福特全部承担

2.The total amount of allowance is RMB 487.8 ( Incl.Tax ), which will be paid along with TCC

incentive to dealers in Q1 of 2014

长安福特将补贴每家经销商总计487.8元（税前）。该补贴将通过2014年1季度的TCC返利支付Array
