POWER ON OFF/开机步骤 EMG button switch CNC Main Power Switch POWER ON/OFF Power On The Machine /开机

You must carry out the following steps to switch the machine on: 依据下列步骤执行机器开机

1. Turn the main switch to the position I (ON). Open the tap of the compressed air supply.

打开主电源开关,打开空压源开关 2. Press the CNC ON button (underneath the screen).

按控制器的电源ON按钮 3. Unlock the emergency off button.

放开紧急停止的安全开关

4. To start the MCC-ON and NC servo ready到MCC

Referencing The Machine Axes /轴回原点

It is necessary to reference the machine axes because the machine is equipped with Incremental encoders. . 增量式伺服回授马达,机器开机必须执行三轴回原点位置的动作 1. Press the reference (home) mode.

操作模式选择 原点模式

2. Press the feed axis and direction selection switch corresponding to the axis and direction for reference

position return. Or press the all axes auto reference position return switch.

单轴回原点的操作:选择移动轴,看轴的原点位置按移动箭头键, 或是使用所有轴回原点按键启动三轴同时回原点动作

Power Off The Machine /关机

You must carry out the following steps to switch the machine off:

依据下列步骤执行机器关机

1. Press the Emergency-Off button.

先按紧急停止的安全开关

2. Press the CNC OFF button (underneath the screen).

Operation/Maintenance Alarm Message 1241 ARM NOT AT REF. POINT Contents PMC Description: A4.1 ATC ARM not in reference position Trouble shooting: 1. Check if the ATC ARM stop position is correct and ARM position signal (X7.0, X7.1, X7.2, X7.3) 2. if not in position use tool rotate the ARM motor shaft to move the arm back to its position. 原因: 换刀臂没有停在0度位置 处理方法: 1. 检查换刀臂位置是否正确, 刀臂位置检知信号(X7.0, X7.1, X7.2, X7.3) 2. 执行刀库故障排除,参考故障排除说明 1242 ARM STOP POINT ERROR Description: A4.2 ATC ARM stop point error Trouble shooting: 1.
