摘要

我国工业设计的历史比较短，许多企业都没有意识到工业设计能够帮助产品提高自身优势，调整传统产业结构，整合资源和产品聚集，促进传统产业向富有内涵、持自由品牌的方向发展，促进传统产业与高新技术结合并协调发展，推动企业向绿色制造、先进技术制造转变，增强企业发展的后劲，工业设计中整合创新概念的运用就能够起到很大作用。

整合创新设计方法并不需要太大的资金、人力和技术投入，可以适用于我国的各种企业，不仅能让产业中的优势企业进行创新，还适合中小企业来进行自身提升，有能力进行创新开发。

本文尝试在整合创新设计方法的理论框架下结合实际案例，对整合创新的概念、要素、方法和开发流程进行较全面详细的介绍。

论文首先详细介绍了工业设计中设计与产品整合创新的概念与人类社会学需求分析，信息产品创新整合的概念以及研究整合创新设计方法的目的和意义。

接着介绍信息产品整合创新的策略。通过市场研究、用户定位、寻找产品机会策略、人物角色、产品概念、分析功能需求、情境设计、可用性测试等方面立体地分析了信息产品整合创新的着手点。

本文重点介绍了智能衣物护理机的设计流程和实现过程。对于智能衣物护理机设计的前期调查进行了较深入的研究。在此基础上，对几种已有的传统衣物护理产品进行了实验、分析和比较，提出并实现对了新产品的构想：可进行全面现代化衣物熨烫护理的智能衣物护理机，同时也允许用户根据自己的情况对衣物所需要进行护理的程序进行调整。

最后，找出并提出了该设计过程中存在的问题主要在于预算与开发时间的矛盾，展示了本文完成的设计产品。

Abstract

Due to relative short history of industrial design in China, many businesses are not aware of the fact that industrial design can help improving their strengths, adjusting the structure of traditional, integrating resources and products together to promote the traditional industries and the rich connotation of holding free brand direction, improving traditional integration and coordination of industry and high-tech development, encouraging enterprises to green manufacturing, advanced technology and manufacturing change, enhancing their capacity for sustained development, etc. The concept of integrated innovation in industrial design can play a big role in this aspect.

Integration of innovative design method does not require much capital, human and technical input. It can be applied to various businesses in our country: not only for companies of advanced industry to innovate, but also for small and medium enterprises to carry out self-promotion, having the ability to innovate development.

This paper attempts to innovative design approaches in the integration of the theoretical framework with practical examples, the integration of innovative concepts, elements, methods and development processes for a more complete detail.

The concept of integrating industrial design and product innovation, as well as the analysis of human sociology needs, integration of information production innovation and research integration of innovative design approach aims and significance, are fully introduced in this paper.

The integration of innovative strategies and information products are also introduced in this paper. Through market research, user location, look for product opportunities strategy, characters, product concept, functional requirements analysis, scenario design, usability testing and other aspects of three-dimensional analysis of information on product integration and innovative start-point.

This paper focuses on intelligent clothing care machine design process and implementation process. Deep study is carried out for the design of smart machine for

Furthermore, new product idea is proposed based on the experiments, analysis and comparison of traditional clothing of several care products: you can conduct a comprehensive modernization of the smart clothes nursing clothing nursing ironing machine, while also allowing users according to their own situation on the clothing of the need for care proceedings to adjust.

Finally, to identify and put forward the design process, the major problem lies in the contradiction between the budget and development time is carried out. A well designed product is also demonstrated in this paper.
