概 述
JLQ系列罗茨气体流量计,是计量流经管道中气体流量的容积式仪表。具有工作压力范围大、流量量程宽、精度高、体积小、重量轻、安装维修方便、使用可靠等特点,同时对流通介质的适应性强,可广泛应用于天然气、煤制气、惰性气体、空气等气体的流量计量,是国内外城市燃气、油田化工、科学研究等部门理想的流量计量装置。在企业的现代化管理、经济核算及节约能源等方面起着重要作用。流量计标准型主要由测量和积算两大部分组成,能就地指示累计流量,可根据需要配置温压补偿积算仪和各种接口关系,以满足用户不同的使用要求。
ABSTRACT
The JLQ series Roots Gas Meter of model A is a capacity type instrument to calculate the flow through the piping. It has many characteristics such as big range of
the pressure, broad span of rate, high accuracy, small volume,light weight, convenience of maintaining and use credibility. Meanwhile, it has a strong adaptability to current media and can be used in calculating natural gas, inert gases, air and so on. It is an ideal equipment for sections of city combustion gas, oil-field chemical engineering and scientific research in domestic and abroad. It plays an important role in modern management, the economy check, and energy economization. The standard pattern of flow meter includes measurement and accumulation, which can measure the accumulated flow rate. Moreover, it can equip warm press compensation integrating instrument and various kinds of interfaces according to demands in order to fulfill different needs.

工作原理
JLQ系列罗茨气体流量计,主要由壳体、共轭转子和计数装置等部件构成。装于计量室内的一对共轭转子在流通气体的出入口压差
(P入>P出)作用下,两转子交替承受转动力矩。转子每转动一周,则输出四倍计量室有效容积的气体,转子的转数通过磁性密封联轴装置及减速机构,传递到积算指示计数器,从而显示输出气体的累计体积量。其计量过程和工作原理如图l所示(图中仅表示了四分之一周期),流量计示值误差的调整工作,出厂前已完成,并达到了规定的要求,用户不必再自行调整,流量计转子滚珠轴承处,设置有特殊润滑装置。图2为流量计内部结构的示意图。
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The JLQ series Roots Gas Meter of model A is composed with shell, conjugate rotors, and counter. When the conjugate rotors is under the pressure difference (Pressure of go into>pressure of go out) the rotors turn to circle and received the moment alternately. When the rotors circles one circuit, gas four times to the capacity of the metrology room is put out. The number of circle is delivered to the accumulated displayer through the magnetic hermetic rotary device and decelerating device, and then the accumulated output gas is shown. The process and the work principle is shown as Diagram 1.(the diagram is only 1/4 period). The error rectification of figure displaying has been finished before the roots gas meter is put into market, and it meets the standard, so no more adustment is needed. Lubricant device is intalled at the ball bearing of the rotors. The inner structure of the roots gas meter is shown as Diagram 2.

The JLQ series Roots Gas Meter of model A has the feature of the typical error curve and pressure loss curve of average capacity type gas meter, the main technical parameter of its various specifications lists in Table 1.

安装使用说明
用户安装使用前,应详细阅读此说明,以保证流量计正确安装,合理使用,确保仪表的的正常运行和计量精度。
1、选用流量计前应根据所计量气体的压力、流量、温度及工艺流程所要求的进出口方向选用适当的型号、规格(计算方法见“流量换算”)。 管道的直径、与测量点的距离、管路中弯头的数量、流量计与其他管道设备的位置以及选用的量程是否适当,都会直接影响到流量计的始动流量灵敏度。本手册的始动流量值为实验室检测获得的数据。
2、流量计需安置在适当的工作环境中,温度为-30~50℃,湿度为10~90%。避免安置在露天和长期阳光直射的位置以及容易浸水或潮湿的场所。安装位置需留有足够的维修空间。
3、流量计安装前,应去除其进出口的封装物,流量计上游应安装过滤器和过滤网罩,以防止锈渣、焊渣及其它杂质进入计量室,卡死转子。
4、流量计安装时,无论进出口为垂直或是水平,都必须保持转子轴线水平和管道的同心度。如果施工的工况不能满足同心度要求,建议在流量计前端加装波纹补偿器。
5、当气体压力波动范围较大时,为保证计量精度,流量计上游应安装调压器。
6、流量计安装时应设置前后阀门和旁通管路,以保证维修保养时,不必停气。图4、图5、图6分别为A、B、C(进出口方向分别为上进下出、下进上出、左进右出)三种流量计安装管路典型系统图,以供用户参考。(注意:流量计的安装尽量采用A种)

7、流量计安装管路各部分配管尺寸必须适当,不得使流量计本体承受不正常的外力。
8、流量计运行前,应从注油口中注入润滑油(JLQD-25/20A~250/1600罗茨气体流量计用5#锭子油,JLQD-400/3400~600/10000罗茨气体流量计用32#机油)至油标中线,根据运行情况定期添加或更换润滑油。 加注润滑油时,必须关闭流量计前后阀门,将流量计内气体排空后,再加注润滑油。 9、流量计投入运行前,所有阀门应缓慢开闭,防止突然冲转,损坏流量计。
10、流量计投入运行一段时间后,如发现过滤器压降增大,应清洗过滤器或更换过滤介质;如发现流量计压降增大,灵敏限升高时,
可用干净汽油或煤油冲洗计量室。
11、流量计长期停用时,应将润滑油放空,将计量室用汽油冲洗干净后,封住进出口,置于干燥处。 12、流量计法兰尺寸符合国家标准GB/T9119-2000《平面、突面板式平焊钢制管法兰》。
温馨提示: 尊敬的用户,在您安装本产品时,应充分合理的设置保障措施,以免发生故障时,造成不必要的重大损失。 INSTALLATION AND USAGE
Users should carefully read this statement before installation, to ensure
the correct installation of meters, rational use and ensure the normal operation of the meters and metering accuracy.
1. Flowmeters of appropriate models and specifications should be selected on the basis of the measurement of gas flow pressure, flow rate, temperature and direction by processes requirement. (see in the \as whether measure range is proper, all of which will direct influence the sensitivity of flowmeter.
2. Flowmeter need to be settled in proper environment, with temperature -30- -50 ℃, humidity 10-90%. Avoid the place of the direct location in open-air and long-term sunlight. Avoid the place of moist or easy flooding. Installation location needs enough maintenance space.
3. Before installation, the encapsulation materials must be removed, and filters or filter covers should be installed at the upstream of the meter to prevent rust dregs, welding slag and other impurities from coming into the measurement room and blocking rotors.
4. While installing, no matter the line between inlet and outlet is vertical or horizontal, the rotor axis and concentric degree of pipeline must be kept. It is suggested to fix

ripple compensator in front of flowmeter, if the condition of construction can not satisfy requirement of concentric degree.
5. When the gas pressure fluctuations larger, to ensure measurement accuracy, flow regulator should be installed at the upstream.
6. When flowmeter is installed, the valves in front and back of the meter and bypass line should be set up in case that gas need not be stopped in maintenance. Fig.4, Fig.5 and Fig.6 are A, B and C flowmeter installation pipeline typical system chart (the direction of inlet and outlet is Top in Below out; Below in Top out; Left in Right out), for reference. (Note: Type A is usually used to make the installation of meters)
7. Pipeline with installation flowmeter must be proper, in order not to make flowmeter body to bear abnormal external forces..
8. Before flowmeter runs, lubricants should be injected (GB486-65 rapid oil H3-5) from the oil mouth to center line mark, and according to operation condition, lubricating oil can be added or changed regularly. Front and back valves must be closed and after empting the gas the lubricating oil can be added. 9. Before operation, all valves should be turned on or off slowly, to prevent the flowmeter from being damaged in sudden jumping.
10. After some time operation, if filter pressure reduces, filters should be cleaned or replaced; if pressure increases and sensitiveness goes up , clean petrol or kerosene can be used to clean the measure room.
11. If the flowmeter is out of use for long time, lubricating oil should be cleaned out, and measure room should be cleaned with petrol, and the inlet and outlet should be sealed then parked in dry place.

故障判断与修理

FAILURE JUDGEMENT AND REPAIR

流量换算
流量计所显示的数值为管道中工况状态下的累积流量, 即管道中当时气体实际工作压力和工作温度状况下的工况体积流量,如要得到标准状态(一个标准大气压,温度为20℃)下的体积流量,可按下式进行换算:

CONVERSION OF FLOWRATE
The value shown by flowmeter is the accumulated flowrate on actual working temperature condition and actual working pressure in pipeline. Flowrate under standard conditions(one standard atmosphere, temperature for 20℃), can be converted as follows :
