高校学生档案工作调研报告

摘 要 高校学生档案记载了学生的一段重要经历，是学生个人各方面情况的综合反映，由于档案具有真实性、原始性，具有其它任何材料不可替代的依据和凭证作用，所以它有极强的法律效用。学生档案关系到学生今后的切身利益，无论是单位还是学生个人，都应慎重对待学生档案。研究学生档案管理中存在的问题并提出合理化建议具有重要的现实意义。 关键词 学生档案 档案管理 问题 对策 中图分类号：G640 文献标识码：A College Students' Archives Research Report DENG Xin

（Medicine Vocational and Technical School of Wuhan University， Wuhan， Hubei 430060） Abstract College students file records the student's period of significant experience， is a comprehensive reflection of all aspects of individual students， because the file has the authenticity， originality， can not be replaced with any other material evidence and evidence effect， so it has a strong legal effect. Student records related to the vital interests of the students in the future， whether it is the unit or individual students， student records should be treated cautiously. Research student records management problems and to make reasonable suggestions have important practical significance.

高校学生档案记载了学生的一段重要经历，是学生个人各方面情况的综合反映，由于档案具有真实性、原始性，具有其它任何材料不可替代的依据和凭证作用，所以它有极强的法律效用。对于学生个人来说，将来无论是计算工龄、转正定级、工资调整、身份认证、工作调动、出国政审、职称评审、劳动保险、还是入党入团以及离退休手续的办理、各项证明的出具（包括存档证明、婚姻证明、考学证明）等等手续都将以档案材料的审核为重要依据。又如学籍档案可以为各类在校生、毕业生的就业、留学或毕业证书丢失的同学出示成绩证明、学历证明、姓名更正、参加工作时间等有关证明。可见，学生档案关系到学生今后的切身利益，可以帮助解决没有档案就无法解决的问题。因此，无论是单位还是学生个人，都应慎重对待学生档案。
