黑龙江东方学院本科生毕业论文 日产20t香肠、红肠工厂的设计

摘要

本文是根据食品工厂设计的要求通过AutoCAD设计日产20t肉制品厂的设计,可生产红肠,西式火腿等肉制品加工厂。根据市场经济的具体情况、可持续发展的长远规划和布局要求、进行初步调查研究,提出项目建议书,经有关单位批准后进行可行性研究。可行性研究报告获得批准后,编制设计计划任务书,确定产品方案并进行物料衡算。根据工艺要求和计算结果进行设备选型,选型要符合设备选型原则。然后对各生产工序进行劳动力计算,进行劳动定员。对生产车间进行水、电、汽的估算。最后绘制工厂的平面图、工艺流程图。

Abstract

Accroding to the requirements of food factory ,the article is the design of factory producting daily meat product 20 tons via through AUTOCAD, which can produce sausage,western-style ham,ect。In terms of the specific circumstances of market economy, long-term plan of sustainable development and the layout requests of sustainable development , preliminary investigation being conducted, project proposals being put forwarded,and feasibility study being carried on after sanction by the relevant units. After sanction of the feasibility study, planned tasks is compiled and desigened, and product prgram is conformed, and material balance is conducted .According to the technical requests and reckoned result, workers select the equipment, equipment shaping which is in line with the principles of the shaping is conducted,and then calculate the labor to the each working procedure , fix number of labor ,calculatie to the electric and water, gas from prouct factory ,and finally the factory plan, flow chart areploted.
