ABSTRACT： Kuandian Autonomous County is under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province. It remains a relatively backward economic development level among the counties throughout the country.Researching the reason why the economy is lagged behind and finding the solutions to the problems which result in the uncoordinated of its economy have an important meaning. It helps the county to get rid of the situation of a relatively backward economic development level.In this background，the following passage analyzes the present situation of its economic development and finds out the advantage of its land resources and mineral resources, water, wildlife resources ,tourism resources and some other aspects in its economic development strategy.The passage also analyzes the problems in the development of Industrial structure of the county based on its recent years' economic data and with the method of econometrics.At the same time, according to the feature of imbalance in total economy ,utilization of resources ,education，agriculture, and many other aspects,it also finds out the reason that limits the development of economy.On this basis,the passage discussed the solutions and countermeasures of comprehensive and coordinated economic development to the reasons that has analyzed.So that it can lead the native government to implement corresponding countermeasures and promote the county economy towards comprehensive coordinated development .Providing a basis for the Benign economic development of Kuandian Autonomous County KEY WORDS：KUANDIAN ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT
