4、 呼叫建立成功次数 (统计点4): BSC成功分配业务信道后向MSC发送“Assignment Complete”,

上报“呼叫建立成功次数”一次; 与呼叫建立过程紧密相关指标:

1、 业务信道建立请求次数(统计点2):收到终端发来的“Origination Message”或“Paging Response”,

上报“业务信道建立请求次数”一次。

2、 业务信道拥塞次数:在收到“Origination Message”或“Paging Response”之后,凡是因为VE、

SE、DSMP、CIC、CE、Walsh码、前向功率、FO、Abisc口拥塞导致无法抵达统计点4的,上报“业务信道拥塞次数”一次。

1.3 释放类指标

源BSS内切换统计

1、 切换成功次数(统计点1): 源BS收到终端发送的“Handoff Completion Message”,上报源BSS

“切换成功次数”一次;

2、 切换失败次数:当目标侧切换失败或者源侧切换判决失败或者移动台切换超时,上报源BSS内

“切换失败次数”一次; 目标BSS内切换统计

1、 切换成功次数(统计点2): 源BS收到目标BS发送的“A7 handoff request Ack”,上报目标BSS

内“切换成功次数”一次;

2、 切换失败次数:当跨BSS切换失败,目标BSS向源侧发送切换请求应答(A7 handoff request )

消息时,上报目标BSS内 “切换失败次数”统计 注:

2、 硬切换,包括换频切换、换RC切换、换FO切换,统计点和统计方法跟软切换相同。 3、 切换请求次数 = 切换成功次数+切换失败次数
