3.Measuring Electrode Installation
Bubble or static water can cause electrode measuring errors,
ensure electrode inset enough length. In strict accordance with the below installation:
Correct installation method (1) to ensure that the electrode inset enough length into the measured water.
Correct installation method (2) to ensure that the water flow from the small hole of the electrode
Notice:
1.Electrode should be installed in the low position of the pipe, where velocity stability and not easy to accumulation of air bubbles.
2.Electrode horizontal or vertical installation must inset deep into the water.
3.Measurement signal is a weak electrical signal, its cable should go line independently, avoid power line and control line connection in the same set of cable connector or terminal board.
4.If measuring cable need to be longer, please contract length before delivery.

6.Trouble Shooting
When there is measurement data is not correct, unstable faults, perform the following inspection and judgment:
1.To analyze problems caused by instrument or electrode ?
White on the meter terminal line (White) to be removed, display show the measuring is zero, excluding instrument failure, review the
installation of the electrode.
2.Electrode installation and faults
Uninstall the electrode from the pipe, use of known conductivity water to test, such as the correct value for consideration fault cause by the installation.
7.Maintenance
Measuring electrode is precision components decomposition, do not change the conductivity pool shape and size; Do not use strong acid, alkali cleaning, in order to avoid changing electrode constants, affect the measure precision of the instrument.
1.Regularly use neutral cleanser or dilute hydrochloric acid(10%) for short soak, then wash with pure water, in order to keep the conductivity pool surface clean. Measurement cable is special cable, do not change, so as not to introduce significant error.
2.Instrument should be placed in dry environment or control box, avoid water splash or wet leakage meter or measurement error.
