操作不当将引起意外事故,必须要具有相应资格的人员才能

操作本系统。

特别提示: 安装在机箱上(内)的系统电源,是仅为本公司制造的数控

系统提供的专用电源。

禁止用户将这个电源作其他用途使用。否则,将产生极大的

危险!

产品包装箱堆叠不可超过六层 不可在产品包装箱上攀爬、站立或放置重物 不可使用与产品相连的电缆拖动或搬运产品 严禁碰撞、划伤面板和显示屏 产品包装箱应避免潮湿、暴晒以及雨淋

■ 开箱检查

z 打开包装后请确认是否是您所购买的产品

z 检查产品在运输途中是否有损坏

z 对照清单确认各部件是否齐全,有无损伤

z 如存在产品型号不符、缺少附件或运输损坏等情况,请及时与本公司联系

参加接线与检查的人员必须是具有相应能力的专业人员 产品必须可靠接地,接地电阻应小于0.1Ω,不能使用中性线(零线)代替地线 接线必须正确、牢固,以免导致产品故障或意想不到的后果 与产品连接的浪涌吸收二极管必须按规定方向连接,否则会损坏产品 插拔插头或打开产品机箱前,必须切断产品电源

■ 检 修

z 检修或更换元器件前必须切断电源

z 发生短路或过载时应检查故障,故障排除后方可重新启动

z 不可对产品频繁通断电,断电后若须重新通电,相隔时间至少1min

1.1 GSK980MDa简介

GSK980MDa钻铣床CNC为广州数控设备有限公司研制的新一代数控系统,支持铣、镗、钻加工循环,是GSK980MD的升级产品。

GSK980MDa钻铣床CNC采用了32位高性能CPU和超大规模可编程器件FPGA,运用实时多任务控制技术和硬件插补技术,实现μm级精度运动控制和PLC逻辑控制,是数控钻、铣床升级的最佳选择。

控制轴:5轴(X、Y、Z、4th、5th),4th、5th可以选择为直线轴或旋转轴, 且均可以进行CS轴控制。

插补功能:X、Y、Z、4th、5th五轴直线;X、Y、Z三轴螺旋线插补,任意二轴圆弧插补。

位置指令范围:-99999999~99999999;最小指令单位:1μm/0.1μm,可通过参数选择。

电子齿轮:指令倍乘系数1~32767,指令分频系数1~32767。

运动快速移动速度:最高60000mm/min。

控制 快速倍率:F0、25%、50%、100%四级实时调节。

操作

方式 7种操作方式:编辑、自动、录入、DNC、机械回零、手轮/单步、手动。

攻丝功能:导程0.001mm~500mm或0.06牙/英寸~25400牙/英寸。

攻丝编码器攻丝:编码器线数可设定为0或100p/r~5000p/r,

加工 当编码器线数设置为0时,不检测主轴编码器。

刚性攻丝:可利用旋转轴进行攻丝。

编码器与主轴的传动比:(1~255):(1~255)。

精度 反向间隙补偿:0 mm~2mm。

补偿 螺距误差补偿:255个补偿点/轴,每点补偿量:±0.255mm。

刀具补偿:32组刀具长度补偿、刀具磨损补偿、刀具半径补偿(补偿方式C)。

M 特殊M代码(不可重定义):M02、M29、M30、M98、M99、

代码 M9000~M9999。其它M□□代码由梯形图定义、处理。

标准梯形图已定义的M代码:M00、M03、M04、M05、M08、M09、M10、M11、M32、M33。

T 最多32个刀位(T01~T32),可由参数设置成手动换刀或自动换刀,

代码 自动换刀控制时序由梯形图实现。

刀具寿命管理功能,最多32组、8种/组刀具寿命管理数据。

主轴转速开关量控制模式:S□□代码由梯形图定义、处理,标准梯形图S1、S2、

S3、S4直接输出,S0关闭S1、S2、S3、S4的输出。

第一章 编程基础 转速 转速模拟电压控制模式:S0000~S9999给定主轴每分钟转速,输出0~10V

控制 电压给主轴变频器,主轴无级变速,支持四档主轴机械档位。

9种基本代码、23种功能代码,二级梯形图,最多5000步,每步处理时间2μs,

PLC 第1级程序刷新周期4ms,可提供梯形图编辑软件,梯形图通讯下载。

功能 集成机床面板:44点输入(按键)、44点输出(LED)。

机床I/O:41点输入/36点输出。

显示显示器:480×234点阵,7”宽屏彩色液晶显示器(LCD)。
