沙丁胺醇结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘临床分析及护理对策

【摘要】 目的 分析沙丁胺醇结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效及护理对策。方法 100例小儿哮喘患儿， 随机分为试验组和对照组， 每组50例。对照组采取沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗， 试验组采取沙丁胺醇结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗， 两组均加强护理监护。比较两组患儿临床效果、肺功能改善情况。结果 试验组喘息、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音、咳嗽缓解时间[（2.89±0.76）、（1.06±0.26）、（3.02±0.92）、（4.12±1.30）d]均短于对照组[（4.45±1.21）、（2.40±0.61）、（4.33±1.24）、（5.86±1.35）d]， 差异均具有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect of salbutamol and budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infantile asthma and its nursing measures. Methods A total of 100

哮喘是儿科较为常见的呼吸道疾病， 主要临床表现为咳嗽、呼吸困难和肺部哮鸣音等， 并且会反复发作， 而支气管扩张剂雾化吸入是有效的治疗方法， 糖皮质激素是抗炎症的有效药物， 有较多的临床研究已证实， β受体激动剂， 可以有效扩张支气管， 促进呼吸道内的痰液清除[1-5]。两者联合使用效果会更加明显， 因此本研究探究沙丁胺醇结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效及护理对策， 现报告如下。 1 资料与方法
