本机是在原FA401、FA401A的基础上,经过不断改进提高而成的第三代悬锭机型。性能稳定,使用可靠,是目前最成熟的国产悬锭粗纱机。主要优点如下: 1功能先进

·采用新型封闭式高速锭翼。

·机电结合式的下龙筋换向机构。动作灵敏、无冒纱现象。 ·采用可编程序控制器(PLC)和变频调速。慢速启动。 ·满纱自动控制。实现定长、定位、定向停车。 ·液晶显示屏。 2高质量

·园盘式张力微调装置,粗纱张力稳定,伸长率小,前后排差异小。 ·完善的吹吸风清洁系统,风压高、风量大、明显减少纱疵。 ·成纱质量好、成形好、毛羽少、细节少。 ·传动平稳,机器振动小。传动部份温升低。 1.2.3适应性广,消耗低

·品种适应性强,适纺纯棉、纯涤、纯粘、及其混纺。纤维长度22-65毫米。 ·额定功率低。主电机为:8.6Kw,全机为:14.6Kw(含巡回式清洁器)额定功率和实际消耗功率均是同类产品最低者。

·锭距:216毫米,在满足成形直径152毫米(6〞)的条件下,全机长度较短,占地面积减少。 1.2.4操作维修方便

·可配置国产、SKF弹簧加压和气动加压、苏逊(suessen)板簧加压四种型式摇架。

·条筒直径适应Φ406毫米(16〞)和Φ508毫米(20〞)两种规格。 ·锭子、筒管采用螺旋齿轮或齿形带传动。 ·压掌有铝压掌和钢压掌。

·罗拉盖板有封闭式和敞开式两种。

Model TJFA458A Fly Frame is the suspension type Fly Frame of 3rd generation which is based on Model FA401and Model FA401A through bring about steady improvements. Now, it is the ripest suspension type Fly Frame in China with stable mechanical property and high reliability. The main advantages is as following:

. Newly developed high-speed closed type flyer.

. Combined mechanical and electrical builder is adopted with sensitivity and preventing package shoulder collapse. . With PLC and inverter, soft start.

. Auto-control at full package. Roving stop at set length/position/direction. . Display by liquid crystal. 1.2.2. High-quality production.

. Winding tension compensating device of disc type with stable roving tension so that lessening the elongation percentage of roving and its difference between front and back rows.

5. Feeding creel.

5.1. Type: Gantry creel with positive driving.

5.2. Specification: dia. of feeding roller isΦ63.5mm which is made of cold-drawing
