随着我国金融领域的不断开放，一些以产业资本为主体的企业集团纷纷进军金融产业，产业资本为主体的企业集团谋求控制金融机构即产业资本控制金融资本的这种新趋势、新现象正在不断出现，产业资本与金融资本的紧密结合带给我国企业集团的影响究竟是积极的还是消极的，迫切需要我们从理论上对其进行分析和解释，这对如何进一步推进企业集团做大做强具有现实意义和指导意义。

本文将以国内外普遍存在的一种大型企业组织形式企业集团为研究对象，以产业资本与金融食本结合为基本立足点，运用企业资源理论、交易费用理论、产业经济学等有关理论和模型对以产业为主体的企业集团发展金融业的动因、经济效应进行理论与实证分析，旨在操索在当前我国经济背景条件下，企业集团如何实现成功产融结合发展模式的适用条件。

ABSTRACT

With the steadily opening of financial industry, quite a lot industrial business groups have been pouring into financial industry. The tendency that business groups composed mainly of industrial capital take the control of financial institutions is constantly emerging so that the combination of industrial capital and financial capital has become a new phenomenon. It is in great demand that we have to carry out a study on whether the close knit of industrial capital and financial capital will bring the business group a positive effect or not and give a theoretical analysis and explanation. All these will have a practical and guiding significance on how to make the business groups much bigger in scale and much stronger in competition*

In this thesis, the author will set the business group as the object of study and make a theoretical and practical analysis of the motivation and economic effect of the business groups composed mainly of industrial capita] getting involved in financial industry on the basis of the combination of industrial capital and financial capital. The application conditions of the successful integrating industrial capital with financial capital will be explored by applying relevant theories and models of enterprise resource, transaction costs and industry economics etc*
