验货QC操作指南
1. 检验类型(Inspection type):
1.1 Final random inspection 最终随机抽样检验(FRI);
1.2 Electrical goods may required a \requirement will be agreed with the product manager at the beginning of the NPD process。 (电器产品可能要做DUPRO验货,该要求将在新产品开发过程一开始由生产经理认可)
2. 适应范围(Applicable range):
Applied to all Home base product purchased outside UK or Europe. (适应于Home base在UK或欧洲以外购买的所有产品的验货)
3. 检验标准(Inspection criteria):

3.2 It should be noted that in certain circumstances other AQL levels may be applied. (有些情况下也可能采用其它的AQL等级) 4. 定义
4.1 Homebase Retail packaging or Primary packaging: The packaging the customer takes home. (零售包装或基本包装,即用户带回家的包装)
4.2 Homebase Inner carton: An inner carton means containing a number of primary packs, then inner cartons are packed into master/shipping carton. (中箱:指含有多个基本包装、然后再装入运输卡通箱的内箱)
4.3 Homebase Transit packaging or Secondary Packaging: The packaging is used in transporting the product from factory to store (运输包装,即将产品从工厂运到商场的包装)
4.4 Homebase Multi-part items: Large product is packed into 2 or more cartons and each carton has article number. ( Multi-part产品是指产品分成2个以上的卡通箱包装,每个卡通箱上都有 article number)
5. Quantity check( 数量检查)
Should be 100% Completed and at least 80% packed when the FRI is conducted.. ( FRI验货时,要求100% 完成而且至少 80% 已包装)
6. Inspection Item(检验项目)
6.1 Visual check(外观检查)
6.1.1 Workmanship: poor workmanship including: sharp edges on metal parts, poor colour
matching, paint runs, misaligned labels, soiled product or packaging, etc. (Some of these may be shown as minor defects). 无不良工艺,如金属部分有利边,色差,喷漆不良,标签未对准,产品或包装有污渍(其中一些缺陷可判为MINOR)
6.1.2 Product description, style and colour (against Homebase specification and signed colour
or sealing samples).

6.2 Labels and instructions as per Homebase‘s examples (标签和说明书与 HB SPEC中的样本一致)
6.3 Shipping marks as per Homebase‘s specification(箱唛与HB的SPEC要求的一致)
6.4 Packing including packaging type and description as per Homebase‘s specification (包装类型和描述与HB的SPEC要求的一致)
6.5 Assembly check(5% of sample size, according to enclosed instructions) (根据说明书做组装测试,数量为抽样的5%)
6.6 Bar code scannable test(100%,条码扫描测试)
6.7 Product measurement check(5% of sample size, as per the tolerances in the Homebase‘s
specification) (产品尺寸测量,数量为抽样的5%,结果在HB的SPEC.给定的公差范围内)
6.8 Carton dimension and weight check(5% of sample size, as per the Homebase‘s specification) (卡通箱尺寸及重量检查,数量为抽样的5%,结果与SPEC的要求比较,如有误差,只需要REMARK在报告中,不需要ON HOLD 报告)
6.9 Batch code check(As per the Homebase‘s specification) (批代码检查,与SPEC.描述的方法是否一致)
6.10 Drop test(落地测试)
1 carton for all product shipped in a carton except that product is inherently fragile (for example; being made from or containing glass or ceramic materials) or large items of furniture (for
example; tables, chairs and beds). It should be noted that for most products, failure to meet the requirements of the drop test would not necessarily constitute a rejection of the shipment. It will however provide Homebase with an indication of the levels of stock loss likely to be experienced during handling and transit. If a live part is exposed, on electrical items (mains provided with a plug) after the drop test, this will be considered as a critical failure. 所有装在卡通箱内运输的产品做1箱,但易碎产品(如产品由玻璃、陶瓷制成或含玻璃、陶瓷材料)或者大型家具(如桌子、椅子和床)除外。对大多数产品而言,落地测试FAIL不必使出货REJECT,但可以让Homebase了解产品在搬运过程中可能遭受的损失。对于电器产品(带插头的电源),如果落地测试后带电部件裸露在外,判为CRITICAL。对于大型家具,如有可能,落地测试时垂直放置产品,推倒一次。
Drop Test Procedure(落地测试程序)
1. Weigh the carton and record the weight.(称卡通箱重量并做记录)
2. Drop the carton according to its weight as shown is following table: (根据下表中卡通箱的重量相对应的跌落高度做落地测试)

3. Sequence of impact test(冲击测试)
Step 1 : the most fragile face - 3 corner (2-3-5) (第一步:最容易受损的三个面相交的那
个角,或2-3-5角) Far end as 6 Top as 1 Right side as 2 Left side as 4 Manufacturer‘s joint Bottom as 3 Near end as 5 Step 2 : the shortest edge from the corner(第二步:最短边) Step 3 : the next longest edge from the corner(第三步:较长边)

5. Check the function of samples according to the functional criteria.(测试产品的功能)
6.10 For electrical product, ―Power on ―check must be conducted under normal use conditions, the item should be set run at the beginning of the inspection and assessed at the end. 对电器产

品,必须做通电测试(要求模拟用户正常使用的情况),数量2-3pcs,要求产品在验货一开始即通电,直至验货结束)
6.11 Hi-pot test for class II electrical product is needed to be conducted between live & neutral and accessible metal parts, no need between live and neutral, no need between live & neutral and plug cover/seam as long as the plug is opened for internal check. 对于第二类电器产品的高压测试,验货时只需做火线和零线与金属部件之间的高压测试(4U+2750V/1minute),不必做火线与零线、火线和零线与插头盖/连接处之间的高压测试,但要打开插头检查内部情况。 6.12 Moisture level of timber (5% of sample size, moisture content should be 8%--14%), and (8%--12% are required for wooden furniture, both indoor and outdoor ) wood will still have to be free of all bark and grub holes larger than 3 mm across . (木材含水量测试,数量为抽样的5%,要求含水量 8%--14%,但对于木家具,不论室内还是室外,要求含水量 8%--12% ,另外木材无树皮,无大于3mm的虫孔)。
7. Other requirement(其它要求)
7.1 Providing photos when drop test failed (若落地测试失败,要对产品的破损部位拍照,由客人判断结果是PASS或FAIL)
7.2 No drop test for transformer, Ironing boards, Bathroom cabinets, BBQS, inherently fragile (for example; being made from or containing glass or ceramic materials) or large items of furniture (for example; tables, chairs and beds) and valuable or delicate items(The inspector can use their own initiative for the latter) 变压器、烫衣板、浴室柜子、BBQ、易碎产品(如产品由玻璃、陶瓷制成或含玻璃、陶瓷材料)、大型家具(如桌子、椅子和床)以及贵重、精致产品不做落地测试(由验货员判断产品是否属于贵重、精致产品)
7.3 The factory are within their rights to refuse the drop test, if this does occur, add to the report ‖ the factory refused drop test‖, but this won‘t constitute a fail. 如果工厂拒绝做落地测试,在报告中的REMARK部分加上“The factory refused drop test‖
7.4 For vendor ―Lloyd Pascal‖, drop test is waived by HB
对于中间商 Lloyd Pascal负责的产品,不需做落地测试。
7.5 At time of inspection, if the factory can‘t provide appropriate equipment for certain test(such as the provide bulb watt exceeded the maximum allowed), pls. contact office first 验货时,如果工厂不能提供合适的设备做某种测试(如工厂提供的灯泡功率超过产品使用时所允许的最大功率等),必须先与写字楼联系。
7.6 Taking photos for master carton, inner carton, primary packaging, packaging method inside primary pack, finished product, shipping mark, barcode and other safety/warning labels and defect, and provide a photo list. (对外包装、内包装、基本包装、基本包装内的包装方法、成品、箱唛、条码、其它安全/警告标签、缺陷, 负载测试—桌椅,吊床 ,落地测试失败情况等拍照,并提供图片清单)

7.7 Requirement for packaging : All packaging discrepancies must be marked on the PSI reports ,
Shipments are only to be placed on hold if a CRITICAL section on the report fails in its requirements.(包装要求: 如果有任何包装方面的差异,最严重也请ON HOLD报告,不需要REJECT )
7.7.1 Retail packaging or Primary Packaging (the packaging the customer takes home). (零
售包装或基本包装,即用户带回家的包装)
Give details of all packaging components and dimensions.(包装组成及尺寸)
7.7.1.1 All plastic bags with an opening perimeter greater than 380mm, must carry the
following warning (开口周长大于380mm的塑料袋要有以下警告语)
Warning To Avoid danger of suffocation keep away from babies and Children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. This is not a toy.
7.7.1.2 For toys, plastic bags must have a minimum thickness of 38 microns, if the opening has a perimeter of greater than 380mm. (对于玩具产品,如果塑料袋开口周长大于380mm,则塑料袋的最小厚度必须有38微米)
7.7.1.3 .For toys, staples must not be used in the primary packaging. (对于玩具产品,基
本包装上不能有钉书钉)
7.7.1.4 The packaging of silica gel must clearly state ―Do Not Eat‖. ( 干燥剂的 包装必
须清楚注明 ―Do Not Eat‖)
7.7.2 Transit packaging or Secondary Packaging (the packaging used in transporting the product from factory to store) (运输包装,即将产品从工厂运到商场的包装)
7.7.2.1 Give details of all packaging components and dimensions, including transit cases.
(详细描述包装组成及尺寸,包括运输箱)
7.7.2.2 Metal strapping or metal strapping crimps should not be used of any items as they are
sharp. (任何产品的包装都不能使用金属打包带, 否则ON HOLD,但如果发现金属打包带扣,要REMARK在报告中,不用ON HOLD)
7.7.2.3 For toys only—staples not to be used on individual product cartons, staples can only
be used on master carton. (玩具产品的零售包装上避免使用书钉,只能用在外箱上 )
7.7.2.4 For all items containing glass the packaging must be clearly marked ―CAUTION!
GLASS This item contains glass – use care when handling to avoid damage or injury‖.

(有玻璃的产品,包装上必须清楚标明―CAUTION! GLASS This item contains glass – use care when handling to avoid damage or injury‖ 如果包装上印有玻璃杯标志,也可以接受,如果都没有,ON HOLD 报告结果),例外:1)对于一个外箱只装一个产品的情况,则不需要任何玻璃警告语 例外:2)如果产品中只包括玻璃灯泡,无其它玻璃部件,则不需要任何玻璃警告语
7.7.2.5 All transit units which, weigh in excess of 10kg, exceed 75cm in dimension or have
an uneven weight distribution, require a weight warning label. The nature of the label will vary dependant on the size and shape of the product.(重量超过10kg、尺寸超过75cm或者重量分布不均匀的运输包装,必须有重量警告标,标签种类取决于产品的大小与形状.)
7.7.3 To ensure we comply with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, we
have an obligation to inform all handlers of a product, as to its gross weight. All own brand and directly imported products must be labelled with the following manual handling warnings; If no warnings trangile, pls issue ―ON HOLD‖ report. (为了保证我们遵守“1992手工搬运操作规定”,我们有义务提醒搬运工毛重,所有自主品牌和直接进口的产品必须贴有以下手工操作警告; 如果没有重量警告标,需ON HOLD货物,待客人决定)
7.7.3.1 If a carton or individual item weighs between 10kgs and 20kgs it should be marked
with a triangle with a black exclamation mark, along with the carton/item weight. (如果卡通箱或单个产品的重量在10 kgs和20 kgs之间,应该标有一个有黑色感叹号的三角形标识以及卡通箱或产品重量,如下图所示)

7.7.3.2 If a carton weighs more than 20kgs, it should have the same markings as point 1 and
in addition, either ―Take Care When Handling‖ or ―Caution This Package Weighs Xkg‖ (如果卡通箱重量超过20 kgs,除了Figure 1的标识外,还有加上 警告语―Take Care When Handling‖ 或者―Caution This Package Weighs Xkg‖)

7.7.3.3 If a master carton size exceeds 75cm it must have the same markings as point 1. This
applies to cartons of any weight. (不管外箱重量是多少,只要尺寸超过75cm,必须有Figure 1相同的标识)
7.7.3.4 Individual products or multi-packs, which have an uneven weight distribution, must
show the heaviest side marked accordingly. This applies to cartons of any weight. (如果单个或多件产品的包装的重量分布不均匀,最重的那侧要做以下标识,这点适用于任何重量的包装)

7.8 Additional Information
7.8.1 Master or Shipping Cartons Manual handling warnings printed on master or shipping
cartons shall be printed in black. The character height for text must be a minimum of 10mm. The recommended height of the triangle is 30mm. The warning must be
positioned in an obvious position, so it can easily be seen when the product is stacked or palletised the correct way up. (印在外箱上的手工搬运警告语必须是黑体,字体高度不少于10mm,建议三角形高度为30mm,警告标要位于明显的位置,以便当产品正确地堆叠或放在货盘上时容易看见---如果字体高度不够,只需要REMARK 在报告中,不用ON HOLD报告结果)
7.8.2 Primary Packaging (Including primary packaging which is also a master/shipping
carton) Manual handling warnings printed on primary packaging shall be printed in yellow and black, where possible. The character height for text must be a minimum of 10mm. The recommended height of the triangle is 30mm. The warning must be

7.8.3 For Direct Import Products(对于HB直接进口的产品)
The following information should be included(要包括以下信息) ? Inner carton dimensions (if used)(内箱尺寸,如果有) ? Gross & net weights of cartons(卡通箱上标明毛重与净重) ? Details of carton marking and their print layout. A suggested layout is given

All export cartons must be of export quality and should be in at least double corrugated.(所有运输箱必须满足运输要求,至少为双层波纹(双坑或5-layer))
All openings in the carton should be sealed securely with 50mm transparent tape. (卡通箱的开口用50mm的透明胶带封严)

7.9 The special inspection level 3 applies to ALL the crackers for function test (confirm the contents and the cracker will snap when pulled.) 关于所有的CRACKERS ,用S-3做功能测试。
7.10 Inspection requirement for Blister Pack : 100% drawn sample should be opened , except DaXin in QingYuan city-Vendor is All Blinds . For this factory , 5% of blisters should be opened,any Major defects occurred,5% more, then 50% more(Major defects found), then 100% drawn samples' blisters(Major defects found) should be opened. ( Note : For non-electrical
products(that no safety tests required),when some special sampling plan are defined for some special test,for example,assembly test, if the special sample size required by the special sampling plan is over the 5% of the sample size,then the blisters to be opened should follow the special sampling plan instead of 5% of the sample size ) (吸塑包装的检验要求:所有抽样都须拆开,除了在清远的大新厂,VENDOR是ALL BLINDS。对于这个工厂,要求如下:先开抽样的5%,如果发现有MAJOR DEFECTS,再开5%;如果仍然有MAJOR DEFECTS,再开50%;如果还是有MAJOR DEFECTS的话,需要100%开。(注意:对于非电器产品-----没有SAFTY TEST要求的 ,当需要一些特殊的抽样检验方法时,如果特殊的抽样检验数量大于抽样数量的5% ,请按特殊的抽样数量开吸塑包装))
8. Report requirement(报告要求)
8.1 Template report(See attached)(报告格式见附件)
8.2 Detailing in the FRI report:(报告中必须描述以下内容) 8.2.1 The order size 8.2.2 Sample size
8.2.3 The types and numbers of critical, major and minor faults found(缺陷类型及其数量)
8.2.4 Other observations regarding labeling and packaging(有关标签、包装方面的发现)
8.2.5 Result of drop test performed(落地测试结果)
8.2.6 Workmanship(e.g. sharp point), ―power on‖ check for electrical products, product
description, style and color, assembly check, bar code check, product measurement check, carton dimension and weight check, packing, shipping mark, labels and instructions, moisture level of timber, batch code, on-site drop test and other special test. (产品工艺如利边、电器产品的通电测试、产品描述、款式与颜色、组装测试、条码扫描、产品及卡通箱尺寸测量、包装、箱唛、标签与说明书、木材含水量、批代码、落地测试及其它测试的结果)
8.3 Digital photos for product, primary packaging, packaging method inside primary pack and
master carton should be affixed to the end of inspection report. (报告后面须附上产品(组装好的)、基本包装、基本包装内的包装方法及标签、缺陷等以电子邮件方式发给客人)
8.4 Provide the breakdown information according to the following sequence: PO number, Article number, Product description, Lot size, Sample size and any additional information. (如果验货

时有两个以上的PO或MODLE,必须按照如下顺序列表描述PO内容: PO number, Article number, Product description, Lot size, Sample size以及其它信息)
8.5 For vendor POWER DEVIL, report should be issued as per style and use the POWER DEVIL report template. (对于中间商POWER DEVIL,每个MODEL一份报告,并须采用POWER DEVIL专用的报告格式)
8.6 Check the assembly instruction and note any differences , such as for spelling and
grammar(MINOR), bigger variations(MAJOR) and put the shipment on hold as well as get
examples sent to HB, differences between barcodes and other safety labels(CRITICAL) (核对安装说明书,并记录不同之处,如拼写和语法错误为MINOR;大的差异为MAJOR,结果ON HOLD,并将差异处COPY一份给HB;条码和其它安全标签有差异为CRITICAL.
8.7 If packaging dimensions and weight, label dimension and description are not included in the spec. and when different barcode is found between spec. and actual product, pls.mark it down on the draft report. 如果包装尺寸和重量,标签尺寸和描述等在spec.中没有提及,实际产品的条码与spec.不一致时,须在报告中说明。
8.8 If the product needs to be assembled, pls. remark the assembled quantity and comment on the ease of assembly. 如果产品需要组装,须在报告中说明验货时组装的数量及组装的难易程度。
8.9 The draft report should be complete and legible and fax to STR-SZ, STR-HK and STR-UK on the same day of inspection. For fax to STR-UK, the front page for inspection result PASS, the front page and the remark part for inspection result PENDING or ON HOLD and all pages except the packaging section for inspection result FAILED unless there is problem with the packaging section (草稿报告应完整、清晰,并于验货当天传真到 STR-SZ & STR-HK& STR-UK(+441189398708) or ARGOS HK(00852-27242009 Irene.Wong—for ARGOS HK VENDOR) 。草稿报告传到STR-UK时,如果验货结果PASS, 只需传第一页,如果验货结果是FAILED或ON HOLD,传报告所有页回SZ OFFICE ,若验货在下午5:30以后完成,请自行传报告到STR UK or ARG HK )

8.11 9. 附加说明
9.1 The manufacturer must provide a suitable workspace for the inspector. (工厂要提供足够的验货场所)

1) 防火材料的DOC又有更新了,请见附件,(ARGOS 和HOMEBASE通用), 从7月8号起生效,请不要再使用先前发给大家的DOC.
2) 更新部分: COVER FABRICS 的测试报告已分为两部分, COVER FABRICS(MATCH)火柴测试/COVER FABRICS(CIGARETTE)烟头测试,
如果同一份测试报告中包含有两种测试也可以.如果工厂只能提供一种测试的测试报告,另一种没有,就要ON HOLD 报告.
另外,要必须要检查工厂提供的测试报告结果是否为PASS,而且一定要注意测试报告的时间是否在有效期限内 (半年内).

关于 F&F 产品(带海绵等填充物的家具,椅子,沙发,坐垫等)上的永久性防火标签,有几点还需要强调一下:
1)如果标签是缝上或钉上的,则自动认为是永久性标签,不需要撕下来进行测试.
2)如果标签不是缝上或钉上的,(如贴上的),则要撕下来检查标签本身是否被破坏(5PCS),如果已被破坏,则认为标签是永久性的,可以接受.如果标签可以被完整的取下而没有被破坏,则该标签不可以接受,REJECT 报告.
另外,要仔细拍照,并把标签贴在报告上传回公司.

在HOMEBASE 验货中,如果同一批验货(同一份报告)包括两款或两款以上的产品, 而其中任何一款产品的DEFECT总数量(MAJOR+MINOR)超过AQL允许值总数(MAJOR+MINOR)的70% ,报告结果就要ON HOLD,即使各款产品的DEFECT总数没有超过AQL允许值. 例如:
四款产品一起验:43333/43334/43335/43336,
其中43336的MAJOR--4,MINOR--11,总数为15, 超过了总AQL--21(MAJOR-7 + MINOR-14)的70%, 报告结果应为ON HOLD
如果超过了50%,没到70%,只需要REMARK在报告中。
而且,在发生这种情况的同时一定要立即通知STR SZ or HK OFFICE (Eric.Wu-26010571/Bee-29434681)
这样做的目的是为了避免某些质量特别烂的产品混入其它产品中一起走货.

属于UK的一定不要留草稿报告给工厂,但属于HK的,一定要留草稿报告给工厂. 凡是属于此附件内列出的VENDOR 名,都属于HK,没有列入的,属于UK.
另外,HOMEBASE和ARGSO的SPEC 都要保留在工厂,不要带走,以备下次验货时使用,盖章并请工厂保存,如果收到公司的更新资料,就一定扔掉相同款的旧资料,以免引起混淆.

2)If the measured power with more / less than 10% deviation with the given power, inspection result should be marked as FAIL.

因我司检验的产品出现无法组装的问题,请大家在将来的验货中必须遵照如下指南来进行组装测试(ASSEMBLY TEST) 附件中有更详细的解释:
The requirement of furniture assembly test
(家具组装测试要求)
For all the furniture being required to assembly before using, Inspectors should assemble the products by themselves acting as an end user without any guidance or special tricks from the factory, and strictly follow the assembly instructions taking into the consideration of the possible assembly methods, even the worst condition by an end user. If any abnormal conditions were found, or special tricks shall be employed during assembly, inspectors should report as such on the report and hold the shipment. Of course how many products assembled and build quality should be remarked on the report as usual.
对于任何使用前需要组装测试的家具等产品,验货员都必须以最终消费者的身份,严格按照组装说明书,亲自组装,不得听取工厂的指导或是采用特殊技巧,并且要考虑最终消费者可能遇到的各种组装方法。在如上述的组装过程中,如有发现任何异常,或是要采用特殊技巧,验货员都应该如实汇报,并且hold结果。当然,要按照惯例对于组装的产品数量和组装后的质量如实备注于报告中.

表格中属于TYPE(A)的配件是可替换配件,但是,替换配件的各项电器指标必须和客户资料中指定配件的电器指标一致,而且该替换配件必须有相关证书(CERTIFICATE),才可以接受,

表格中属于TYPE(B)的配件必须和客户资料一致, 如果不符合,报告结果就要ON HOLD

验货中产品的所有电器配件(如PLUG/FUSE/POWER CORD/LAMP HOLDER...)都要列入表格中, 在\栏填写序号,
在\栏填写配件的电器指标,
如果实际配件和客户资料一致,就在\栏化圈表示符合,
如果实际配件的指标和客户资料不一致,就在\和\
SPECIFICATION \分别填写,然后在\栏化圈或叉表示电器指标符合/不符合,在\栏化圈或叉表示是否提供了相关证书

判断每款产品DEFECT是否超过允许值的方法如下,以表格中第一行为例:
--613169(ARTICLE NUMBER) --1020PCS(LOT SIZE)
--37PCS(正常抽样数,以总抽样数为200按比例分摊的数量) --32PCS(AQL表格中与37最接近的SAMPLE SIZE,例:8/13/20/32/50/80/125/200/315/500)
--0/1/3 (以32为SAMPLE SIZE,0/1.5/4.0 为AQL的DEFECT允许值)--这一数据在表格中没有出现,但必须自己查出来,以决定实际发现的DEFECT数量是否超标) --0/2/2(实际验货中的DEFECT发现值,CRITICAL/MAJOR/MINOR)
--FAIL(因为实际验货中MAJOR的数量为2 ,超过以32PCS为准查出的MAJOR数1,所以结果为FAIL)
实际验货中不用重新抽样,只需要算出与实际抽样数最接近的SAMPLE SIZE 和以它为基础,1.5/4.0为标准的DEFECT允许值,再与实际发现的DEFECT数量进行比对.

Test report 或Certificate 里的电器指标/型号为准,而不是资料中的BOM (BILL OF MATERIAL),
A)如果BOM中的数据和Test report 或Certificate 中的数据不同,则以Test report 或Certificate为准
B)如果实际部件和Test report 或Certificate 中的数据一致,但和BOM不同,不用ON HOLD
C)如果客户SPEC中没有Test report 或Certificate 等可以提供重要电器部件数据的资料,而只有BOM,报告结果要ON HOLD,不论实际部件是否与BOM 一致(ON HOLD Reason:No CDF on client's spec)
D) CDF表格中属于(A)类的部件是可替换部件,
如果RATING和客户资料一致而型号等其他部分不同,但工厂能提供证书,报告不用ON HOLD 如果RATING和客户资料不同,要ON HOLD
表格中属于属于(B)类的部件,
只要发现任何不同,RATING 或型号,都要ON HOLD,不论工厂是否能提供证书
2, 对于属于UK的验货,
FOR ARGOS---无客户资料,只需要在CDF表格中填写实际的发现就可以

the inflation function of each sample must be checked during inspection,
attched please see an example ,the photo of 569087,Airblow santa, Client has to stop selling the product , the reason is
the product can not be inflated as the seams broken along the stitch line.
So, when inspect airblown/inflated product, please make sure each product is checked, if the product is too big , please contact SZ office to make decision.

During Homebase inspection,
Please conduct the drop test according to HB guideline,
1)and please be noted there are some differences between HB and other
clients on the Height/Sequence of the test:
HB Height: Weight(重量) 0 to 10Kg 10 to18kg 18 to 25Kg 25kg and above Dropping Height(跌落高度) 1.0m 0.75m 0.50m Stand package upright and push over once(垂直放置,并推倒一次) HB Sequence:1 point/shortest edge/next longest edge.
2)No drop test for fragile product like glass or ceramic product
No drop test for transformer, Ironing boards, Bathroom cabinets, BBQ,large item of furnituer,and valuable or delicate items
3) If drop test failed,
failure to meet the requirements of the drop test would not necessarily constitute a rejection of the shipment. (对大多数产品而言,落地测试FAIL不必使出货REJECT 或ON HOLD)
It will however provide Homebase with an indication of the levels of stock loss likely to be experienced during handling and transit.( 但可以让Homebase了解产品在搬运过程中可能遭受的损失)
If a live part is exposed on electrical items (mains provided with a plug) after the drop test, this will be considered as a critical failure. (但对于电器产品(带插头的电源),如果落地测试后带电部件裸露在外,判为CRITICAL,结果REJECTED)

APPENDIX ONE: Content of a Homebase Ltd Product Specification
Introduction
Comprehensive specifications are required for:
? Homebase Own Brand products, including horticulture
? Products directly imported by Homebase (Homebase branded OR with a vendor mark) ? ?Unbranded‘ products which have no mark to show the producer‘s identity.
Live horticultural lines should be specified using the Homebase Ltd Horticultural Specification. (See Appendix D)
N.B. ?Vendor‘ is the company or agency with financial responsibility for trading with Homebase Ltd.
?Manufacturer‘ is the company that produces goods for the vendor. (Vendor and manufacturer may be the same company.)
Information about the vendor and manufacturer is required for every specification.
An illustration of the finished product must be given: an electronically produced image may be inserted in Page 1. Further illustrations may be used to show method of construction, for example, an exploded view with names of parts.
Information about design, materials and manufacture, etc is to be provided by appending relevant documents. These may be prepared especially for the specification, or they may be from the vendor‘s existing in-house

manuals, instructions, drawings, records, tabulations, etc, or they can be documents from external sources, for example, certificates from independent test houses. An index of these appendices must be included. Include all important dimensions, with their tolerances.
All information must be in English.
The vendor must take responsibility for the accuracy of the information by signing the specification (Page 2). The commercial and technical managers of the vendor should sign the specification. Later, when the product has been approved and accepted by Homebase, trading and product managers in Homebase will add their signatures.
Completed specifications should be sent to the product manager at Homebase Ltd. If the vendor‘s facilities allow, the specification may be sent by e-mail. Alternatively send by facsimile or mail. (Mailing may be more convenient if the documents contain colour graphics, charts and certificates).
If in doubt, contact the Product Manager at Homebase.
PAGE 1.
Please complete this page by giving vendor and manufacturer information, and an illustration of the product. Usually there will be only one product described in a specification. A range of similar products may also be described in one specification, providing that there are no significant differences in the materials, processes and controls, and all products are made in the same factory. 1 Product Title
The product name that will be used on the packaging (or a name that identifies the range). 2 Article Number, Barcode
Article number and barcode will given by the Homebase Buyer.
If the specification is for a range of products, append a list of article numbers and barcodes and the titles and descriptions of the products. 3 Vendor & Vendor Code
Enter name and address of the vendor, and the alphanumeric code, which identifies the vendor, e.g. A1234. 4 Manufacturer
Enter name of manufacturer and the address of the manufacturing site. 5 Illustration of Finished Product
If the specification is to be in electronic form for emailing, then insert or attach an image, or images, of the finished product. The preferred formats are jpeg or bitmap.
Otherwise, good quality photographs or illustrations will be accepted: these should be mailed to the Homebase Technical Department if fax transmission is likely to render them unclear.
PAGE 2. Sign this page to ?authorise‘ the specification. This page can also be used to record changes to the specification, made at a later stage. Homebase must be notified of all changes.
OTHER PAGES
Append as many pages as necessary to describe or explain the following. These pages must be indexed.
The materials used in the manufacture of the product.
Formulated products. Give complete formulation details (ingredients and quantities by percentage), using common and scientific names. State the function of each ingredient within the product.
Provide an assessment of the product according to the UK‘s Chemical Hazard Information for Packaging (CHIP) Regulations, and a Material Safety Data Sheet.

Fabricated products. Use diagrams with names of parts to show how the product is constructed. Show major overall dimensions, with tolerances, of the product and its major components.
List standard parts such as fastenings, cable, etc. State material and finishing treatment, including colour, for each item.
‘Natural’ products. (For example, seashells, sponges, sand, peat, etc) Give specific details of where they are harvested, excavated or extracted, and how they are processed or treated, for example, cleaned or graded. Please refer to Homebase policy for ―Sourcing from the Wild‖
NOTE: If the product contains any timber derived material, e.g. wood, paper, cellulose etc, a Homebase \
How the product is made, and how its quality is managed during manufacture. One or more detailed flow process charts of the production process must be provided.
Begin at ?goods received‘, through to ?goods into warehouse‘. Every quality check must be identified and described, so that the safety of the product can be assessed by means of a ?risk assessment‘ study by HTD.
How the product‘s safety legality or performance is demonstrated.
Append the Certificates of Conformance and/or test reports that show the finished product meets recognised
standards of safety or performance, as agreed with the product manager at the beginning of the NPD process. Also append certificates of conformance for critical components.
The test certificates supplied must be complete and legible. Care must be taken to ensure the reference numbers used on the test certificates, match those used on the specification.
NB Most test houses will provide an English translation of certificates and test reports for a small extra cost.
Evidence should be supplied to demonstrate that the product does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Where products are sold by weight, volume, number or length, evidence must be provided to demonstrate the product complies with Weights and Measures legislation.
How the batch code will be applied.
The manufacturer's Quality Assurance or Quality Control procedures must contain a documented system for full 'product traceability', so that any batch of raw material or components can be identified, both as to its source and to its use in this or another product.
Each product and its packaging must bear a code that would enable non-conforming product to be selectively removed from sale or recalled from public use.
The code must be readily visible on an external surface of the product and/or its packaging; illustrate where on the product or pack the code will be shown.
Details of product life, and handling requirements.
If product has a finite storage ?life‘ and has a ―use before‖ date, for example a battery or a chemical soil tester, state the maximum age at which it will be delivered to Homebase.
Describe any adverse conditions that may be damaging to the product; for example, frost, high temperature, direct sunlight, storage near strong smelling articles, etc.
How is the product to be assembled, used, etc? Append a copy of the packaging artwork, labels, etc.
Append a copy of any instructions or information that will be provided with the product: these might be the instructions for product assembly, use, care and disposal.

How the product is packaged.
Retail packaging or Primary Packaging (the packaging the customer takes home).
Give details of all packaging components and dimensions.

All plastic bags with an opening perimeter greater than 380mm, must carry the following warning

Warning To avoid danger of suffocation keep away from babies and Children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. This is not a toy. For toys, plastic bags must have a minimum thickness of 38 microns if the opening has a perimeter of greater than 380mm.
For toys, staples must not be used in the primary packaging.
The packaging of any items containing sachets of silica gel must clearly state ―WARNING contains Silica Gel Desiccant. Discard safely away from babies and children‖. The sachets must be marked ―Do Not Eat‖.
Transit packaging or Secondary Packaging (the packaging used in transporting the product from factory to store)
? Give details of all packaging components and dimensions, including transit cases.
? Metal strapping or metal strapping crimps should not be used on any items, as they are sharp. ? The use of staples should be avoided.
? For all items containing glass the packaging must be clearly marked ―CAUTION! GLASS This item contains
glass – use care when handling to avoid damage or injury‖.
? All transit units which, weigh in excess of 10kg, exceed 75cm in dimension or have an uneven weight
distribution, require a weight warning label. The nature of the label will vary dependant on the size and shape of the product.
To ensure we comply with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, we have an obligation to
inform all handlers of a product, as to its gross weight. All own brand and directly imported products must be labelled with the following manual handling warnings:
1. If a carton or individual item weighs between 10kgs and 20kgs it should be marked with a triangle with a
black exclamation mark, along with the carton/item weight.

2. If a carton weighs more than 20kgs, it should have the same markings as point 1 and in addition, either
―Take Care When Handling‖ or ―Caution This Package Weighs Xkg‖

3. If a master carton size exceeds 75cm it must have the same markings as point 1. This applies to cartons of any weight.
4. Individual products or multi-packs, which have an uneven weight distribution, must show the heaviest side marked accordingly. This applies to cartons of any weight.
