起落架缓冲器故障分析与修理

摘 要

起落架缓冲器是飞机的重要组成部分,飞机着陆接地和地面运动时,起落架会受到垂直载荷、水平载荷、侧向载荷。飞机起落架的外载荷容易使起落架缓冲器发生裂纹故障,本文主要针对飞机起落架裂纹进行维修,重点阐述了飞机起落架减震支柱的裂纹故障和维修方法,利用超声波无损探伤技术探测裂纹,选用钨极氩弧焊维修裂纹。

Abstract

The landing gear is the important part of a plane, aircraft landing ground and ground motion gear subjected to vertical loading, the horizontal load, and the lateral load. The landing gear of an aircraft landing gear load tends to occur crack fault, this article mainly aims the aircraft main landing gear strut crack repair ,elaborated with emphasis the airplane main undercarriage lower end of the strut the crack fault and repairing way ,by welding process ,The use of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology in crack detection , Selection of tungsten electrode argon arc welding argon arc repair of cracks.
