1 适用范围

1. Application scope

本标准规定了汽车底盘零件焊接质量的评价方法和要求。

本标准适用于汽车副车架,下摆臂,前后桥,前后缓冲梁的焊接连接检查。

The Standard stipulates the method and requirement on the evaluation of welding quality of parts of vehicle chassis.

The Standard is applicable to checking welding connection of sub-frame, arm-lower rocker, front and rear axles, and front and rear bumper beams.

3. Evaluation method and requirement 3.1目视检查

3.1 Visual inspection

3.1.1 焊缝、焊点

3.1.1 Welded seam and point

焊缝,焊点的外观,尺寸,位置,及焊缝的现有状况必须符合图纸及相关标准规定的要求。 (焊丝及保护气体的成份也要符合相关图纸及相关标准规定的要求)

Appearance, size, and position of welded seam and point, and also current condition of welded seam should conform to requirements of drawings and related standards. (Elements of filler metal and protection gas should conform to requirements of drawings and related standards as well)

3.1.2焊接飞溅

不允许有影响构件性能的焊接飞溅(参见图纸) 3.1.2 Welding spatter

There should be no welding spatter affecting member performance (refer to the drawings).

3.1.3 工序

进行100%的目检

3.2 试样制作及测量方法

3.2.1 气体保护焊接

根据在5.2节中的规定的位置切割试样。取样位置应避开起弧区和收弧区。切割面要打磨精细并用2%~20%的硝酸溶液进行表面腐蚀, 以便看见基体材料中焊接金属的熔深情况。将切片放在适当放大倍数(低倍)的光学镜下进行测量焊接熔深、焊缝厚度及焊接缺陷等。 3.2.1 Gas protection welding

3.3.3.3 焊缝必须符合表3中所列的焊缝缺陷的极限值

3.3.3.3 Welded seam should conform to limit values of welded seam flaws listed in Table 3.

若图纸没有其它的要求,则下表对缺陷的极限值适用。焊缝缺陷不允许对表面保护有不好的影响。

If there are no other requirements in the drawings, the follow table shall apply to limit values of flaws. Flaws of welded seams should not have unfavorable impact on surface protection. 评价级别 D-低 C-中 B-高

3.3.4 Spot welding evaluation

3.3.4.1 不允许有有害的气孔,夹杂,裂纹,深的凹陷,大的倾斜角等缺陷,具体按照表4的标准评价。 3.3.4.1 There should be no harmful flaws such as gas hole, foreign substance, crack, deep sagging, and big oblique. Evaluation is based on standards in Table 4. 表4 点焊缺陷评价

标记2 = 尚可用,但必须要改善 标记3 = 返修(如果允许)或报废

3.3.4.2 点焊必须满足表5中规定的要求

以剪拉力,凿检和/或以熔核直径和熔深检查为主的检测应分别按照下面的要求评价。

Inspections focusing on shearing tension, chiseling and/or nugget diameter and penetration should be evaluated according to the following requirements.

—合格:焊点可以从母材剥离或焊接满足试验载荷: F≥Fmin F—剪拉力(kN)。

—Qualified: welding point can be separated from base metal or welding meets test load: F≥Fmin F— shearing tension(kN)

焊点直径dp 满足:dp≥dpmin 熔核直径dL满足:dL≥dL min

无环形熔核。

Nugget: ring nugget refers to the fact that the central area of nugget is not fused or slightly fused.

焊接分开,而焊点没有从母材剥离。 剪拉力:F<Fmin

说明:1)、当图纸规定的要求高于本标准时,按照图纸规定的要求执行。

2)、在检测以及行驶试验结束后,决定有缺陷的焊点是否允许接受,并吸收到图纸中去。

Note: 1) When requirements stipulated in the drawings are higher than the standard, the requirements shall prevail.

2) When the inspection and driving test are about to complete, it should be decided whether welding points with flaws can be accepted, and absorbed in drawings. 表5 点焊的要求

3.3.5 Projection welding

焊接螺母以及焊接螺栓与钢板焊接后必须满足表6所示的最小头部拉力。焊接螺母,焊接螺栓同时必须满足表6所示的最小扭矩。焊接螺母,焊接螺栓的焊接强度原则上应用检验最小扭矩法,在有疑问或特别要求时才采用头部拉力试验法。

The welding of nuts and bolts as well as steel plate should reach the minimum head tensions listed in Table 6. Welding nuts and bolts should reach the minimum torque moments listed in Table 6. In principle, welding strengths of nuts and bolts should be inspected with the minimum torque method. Head tension test is adopted if there are doubts or special requirements.

表格适用于0.5~4 mm厚度的钢板,不同厚度钢板的要求值利用线性插入法计算得出。
