“手机银行”安全交易平台系统的设计

一种“手机银行”安全交易平台系统的设计

摘　要:针对国内当前手机银行的状况,本文提出的移动安全交易平台能够较好地解决现阶段手机银行存在的问题。所设计的移动安全交易平台作为中心环节,简化了移动电子商务中多对多的联结方式,形成了多对一的关系,从而大大提高了商务运作的效率。本设计方案与其它手机银行相比,在实施和应用服务上具有更多的优势。

0　引言

随着互联网络与移动通信技术发展的方兴未

艾,的竞争规则,,更不是体现银行综合竞争能力的关键。现在中国的银行业已全面对外开放,未来几年银行传统分支机构数量将大幅减少,自动柜员机(ATM)数量将低幅增长,电话银行服务也将放缓增长速度,最具生命力及前途的两种新兴服务方式将是网上银行与手机银行。

“手机银行”又称“移动银行”,是利用移动电话办理银行相关业务的简称,是银行实现电子化服务的一种渠道,是移动通信网络上的一项电子商务服务。手机银行通过通讯网络将客户手机连接至银行,实现利用手机界面直接完成各种金融理财业务的服务系统。目前国内“手机银行”的发展还处于起步阶段,大多以提供查帐等信息类服务为主,而存在巨大市场需求的交易类服务(移动购物、移动支付等)却不多。这除了银行自身的交易服务和应用功能尚待完善外,实现移动交易的安全加密技术难度大和市场发展涉及的层面多是制约其发展的关键所在。目前各家手机银行在银行与网络运营商接口、用户界面方面的标准、以及提供的服务内容,由于银行不同而有所区别,致使一家银行一个接口,一家银

。各银行分别。,。本文设计的移动安全交易平台能够较好地解决以上存在的问题,为手机用户提供在线、安全、稳定、可靠的移动电子商务服务,能够支持多家移动通讯运营商、多家银行系统及多种应用,是一个完善的综合性强的手机银行解决方案。

1　无线移动安全交易平台设计

移动安全交易平台是在现有的网络架构和设备基础上,主要采用了短信息系统平台和SIM卡技术。其通信载体基于短消息(SMS),也对WAP和Web提供支持。平台整个系统将移动通信网络、In2ternet、在线支付和W2PKI安全技术有机地结合起

来,为移动电子商务提供一个开放、完整的解决方案。整个平台系统运营过程中涉及移动终端、移动运营商、移动安全交易平台、应用服务提供商(银行)和CA(中国金融认证中心)等多个部分。

移动安全交易平台如图1所示。安全交易平台作为中心环节,简化了移动电子商务供应链中多对多的联结方式,形成了多对一的关系,从而大大提高了商务运作的效率。

将国际公认的互联网PKI安全加密认证技术运用到平台系统当中,解决了电子商务领域中人们最担心的安全问题,满足了电子商务中保密性、

性、身份认证、不可抵赖四个方面的安全要求。平台为交易双方提供第三方技术担保服务,消除用户在交易中的风险。软件系统结构见图2。

2　

安全交易平台系统与银行端的连接

平台通信层一端是以ASP模式提供服务,在与模式提供服务,系统连接见图3。息加密、,。平台接口层,银行仅需提供前置接口既可,不影响银行的核心系统。

3　移动安全交易平台系统的功能

移动安全交易平台系统功能包括:(1)建立移动

安全交易认证平台(包括与移动运营商及金融安全认证机构的网络连接);(2)平台系统与银行业务系统联网;(3)采用无线PKI安全认证机制;(4)使用具有智能菜单和OTA功能的STKSIM卡(SMS);采用国际先进的加密技术对SIM卡进行加密处理;从手机到银行的整个过程通过密文传输。

移动安全交易平台完成的业务分为:(1)信息类服务

平台提供的信息类服务包括:①金融信息:实时股票信息,实时外汇汇率,利率信息,投资和经济信息;②帐目信息(储蓄和活期):最后交易资料,余额,

交易历史查询;③理财助手:对公对私付款通知,到

帐通知;信用卡透支提醒;定期存款到期提醒;账户余额“底线”提醒;;存、贷款利息试算;;:;银行;:利率、汇;短信投诉及答复客户信息类服务的显著优点是用户无须更换手机的STK卡,只要用户手机支持短信息,即可享受此类服务。

(2)交易类服务

银行电子化过程中,不能忽视交易安全的重要性,用户若使用交易类服务,需要更换一张STK卡。此外,更换了STK卡的用户在手机上可以显示系统所提供的银行应用菜单,方便用户操作。功能包括:①转帐:转帐到同银行的另一个帐号或其他金融机构的另外一个帐号;②中间业务:上网费,手机、

电话、水电费等的缴费;③银证业务:银证转帐,银证通;④外汇买卖及基金业务;⑤异地通存兑业务;⑥提供移动商务服务如手机移动购物、移动经纪、移动订票、移动拍卖。

4　结束语

本设计方案与其它手机银行相比,在实施和应用服务上具有更多的优势。

(1)接入简单,能迅速实现手机银行服务。无论交易类服务还是信息类服务,银行只需提供标准接口,由移动增值业务服务公司负责接口层系统的开发,银行根据业务需要选择购买相应的模块产品即可,接入过程不会影响现有银行内部后台系统。

(2)低成本,低风险。由于平台可支持多家银行的手机银行服务,在平台建设上成本分摊,所以每家银行只须与平台连接,便可开通手机银行服务。

认证的W2PKI技术,使交易过程中的安全性远高于普通电话银行,同时平台的短信发送速率达到每秒数百条短信。手机银行将不再仅仅局限于银行向手机用户提供银行服务,而是拓展到银行作为企业对企业,企业对消费者实现移动电子商务的支付银行的作用。
