磷酸系环氧树脂固化剂的研究

摘 要

本文综述了含磷环氧树脂固化剂的研究现状、国内外对环氧树脂固化剂的研究进展以及含磷环氧树脂在防火涂料和覆铜板中的应用。

环氧树脂是一类非常重要的化工原料,通常在加入一定比列的固化剂,混合均匀后在常温或加热条件下固化,其固化后有着良好的机械强度、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性呗广泛的应用到涂料、胶粘剂、塑料、复合材料等领域。能使环氧树脂固化的物质很多,胺类以及硫醇化合物在常温下能有效固化环氧树脂,是最常用的固化剂。然而,胺类固化剂气味及毒性大,本论文研究了一种含磷元素固化剂,是由多聚磷酸和羟基化合物按一定摩尔比,在氮气或惰性气体保护下搅拌混合出料所得。并分析了原料配比、反应条件、固化条件的因素对环氧树脂固化剂固化性能的影响。实验表明,写结论

同现有的胺类或硫醇类常温环氧树脂固化剂相比需要具备固化速度非常快、低温时应具有快速固化度、可以调整固化速度及固化温度以便适用不同场合条件下固化施工、固化环氧树脂具有优秀的性能并具备一定的阻燃性、原料来源广泛、操作简单、低毒性、低挥发性、低气味、低刺激性、色浅等优点。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the phosphorous epoxy resin curing agent the research situation, the epoxy resin curing agent at home and abroad and the research progress of phosphorous epoxy resin in the fire retardant coatings and copper clad application. This paper contains phosphorus curing agent of existing synthesis methods: together by many phosphoric acid and hydroxyl compound according to certain than Moore, in nitrogen or inert gases under the protection of the mixing material gains. And analyzes the ratio of raw materials, the reaction conditions, curing conditions of epoxy resin curing agent of the factors affecting the performance of the cure.

Epoxy resin is a kind of very important chemical raw materials, usually in join must be better than list of curing agent, mixed evenly in room temperature or heating conditions curing, its after curing has good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, electrical insulation bai widely used to coating, adhesive, plastic, composite materials, etc. Can make epoxy resin curing material many, amine classes, and mercaptan compounds room temperature can be effective in curing epoxy resin, is the most commonly used curing agent. 1、概述

1.1环氧树脂简介

环氧树脂(Epoxy Resin)泛指一种分子内含有两个或两个以上的环氧基,以脂肪族、脂环族或芳香碳键为骨架,并能通过环氧基和羟基两种活性基团与多种固化剂进行交联固化反应形成具有网状结构的热固性树脂的高分子低聚物[1]。因为分子结构中含有活泼的环氧基团,所以使得它们可与多种类型的固化剂发生交联反应。

国外对环氧树脂的研究工作可以追溯到1891年,德国科学家Lindeman用对苯二酚和环氧氯丙烷进行反应生成了树脂状产物。1909年俄国化学Prileschaj
